Previous cycles were
21 yrs old bulk- Put on about 30 lbs in a dirty bulk about 10lbs of fat
8 weeks of Test Prop 300 week 1-4 400 week 4-8
4 weeks Torem PCT
and
Nice summer cut that same year put me at a nice competition weight of 170-175Carbed up at a Bod pod tested 5.8% never felt better (except for hair loss from Winny damn that stuffs harsh on your hair)
Weeks 1-8 Test prop 400 ew
week 4-8 Winstrol 50mg ed Oral
weeks 9013 Torem PCT
Stats
5' 7"
180lbs
8-9% last BF was done on Bod Pod at 7.8% but I'd guess I put on a little BF since then
I was going to run
Test E 500 EW weeks 1-11
Deca 400 EW week 1-9 (or 1-10) I wanted to give it more time to clear but not sure if 1 or 2 weeks staggered is necessary
Tbol 40-60mg ED depending on feel either Week 1-5 or week 8-13?
HCG Week 1-12 250IUs 2xs per week
PCT- week 14-18- Toremifene PCT maybe add Low dose Clen, and Clomids to be safe though for my shorter cycles toremifenes made me feel amazing Not sure if its just my body has had good recovery to the short cyles or the torem works though :/
My idea was to use the Tbol as a way to keep myself from losing before jumping on to my PCT while the Test clears out.
Also since its 3 compounds I was assuming HCG would be a good idea to run alongside especially with how bad I hear deca shuts you down.
Also with AI and Prolactin Antagonists would you suggest a low dose of say Arimadex .25 E2d, and something like Caber or Prami at .5 e3d for caber. not sure about dosing the prami but its so much cheaper.
Any feedback positive or negative is welcome, thanks guys, tear away at whatever is wrong with this plan.
Cut the tbol. At that dose, the test and deca are magic. Switch the arimidex for aromasin, which is a suicide inhibitor of aromatase that won't give you a bounce back in estro when you cut it out.
Why the switch is aromasin really that much better on cycle support?
Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor - it actually sticks to the enzyme that turns testosterones into estrogens and destroys it permanently - arimidex sticks to it only temporarily to disable it.
