Exhaust all other methods of growing through training and diet, and then come back and talk to us. You need to reach your natural potential first. Sorry, but it takes time, effort and dedication.

Buy 100 bucks worth of whey protein, that'll get you about 12lbs of whey. Use the other 100 to buy a multi vitamin, creatine, bcaa's, pre wo energy drink, best place to buy is online.

Every day as soon as you wake up, two scoops of whey then an hour later your normal breakfest. After each meal drink a scoop of whey. Post workout 2 scoops. All the whey you bought, try to use it up in a month. I guarantee that you will gain at least 3-5lbs a month. Give this plan a try before continuing thinking about aas. you may think you got nothing to lose right now but believe me there's always something to lose.
What this guy said. At your age, you have more natural testosterone than some guys doing testosterone replacement therapy. Go to a public library and check out "starting strength." Do that and follow what this guy says. You'll gain at least 3-5 pounds a month easy.

It's your body. Fuck it up if you want to. If you do, try to at least fuck it up as little as possible.

You'd do better by eating more, lifting more (heavier)...take a good look at a solid 5x5 program...and waiting until you've reached your natural maximum potential before even thinking AAS.

All the "poor pitiful me" routine really makes me want to not help you. But you've gotten some damn good suggestions in this thread, and I've told you to avoid steroids just as everyone else has...and how to do the least damage possible if you choose to do them anyway.

But in the end it's your body, do with it what you will.

I really dont like being a dick BUT.....quit throwing yourself this little pity party man. Life is a mother fucker but it fucking goes on. Believe me when I was in highschool I went through some MAJOR shit that really tested me and my whole family but I got through it. Quit whining and feeling sorry for yourself.

You say you want to "jump on the juice" but you also say that your diet is SHIT. Juice wont do a fucking thing for you if you just eat bullshit everyday.

You have no idea WHAT or HOW MUCH you are eating, no clue on macros, no clue on anything really is what it seems like to me. You need to get a solid diet in place and work hard and take it from there.

Another thing, people are telling you to get anti depressants. Hell, some people really DO need them and you may even be one of those people but it seems like today when someone has a bad day or a bad week that they automatically need drugs to balance them out....Its bullshit. You are probably just fine bro now go to the diet section and post up your stats and your goals and get some REAL help over there.

Alright brother, I've been waiting to post on just this subject. The other brothers on here are giving you some solid options here. But the one thing that most of them aren't telling you is they all started AAS around your same age. Sure they look back on it now and say I should have done something different and maybe waited so that's the advice they spout. I 43 yrs old and been in and out of gyms for 25 years. From personal experience and observations have I NEVER seen anyone make huge gains then I have from someone your age. Yes you have high levels of natural test and natural growth hormone still flowing thru your body. There is something about that and the mix of AAS that turns a boy into superhuman. I myself went from a 165lb wrestling state champ to a 210lb monster that everyone thought I was with the WWF. Another thing, it wasn't from this "clean" diet that everyone touts. Your fucking 18 and unless your a lazy fat ass you have the metabolism of a race horse. Quarter pounders should be your best friend. (lay off the fries) at your age I doubt you can afford the proper cycle let alone the proper food. So you need cheep protein that you can get in mass quantities. This is where the flamers will jump in but remember they are all in there late 20's to early 30's where their metabolisms have slowed and they have to eat proper. I'm not saying you should always eat like this, but it is cheep way to help get the quantities of food and calories in you that you will need to grow. And haters this is just not from personal experience I have many friends that I grew up with and all did the same whether at home or away at school. And one thing I will say because we all did it at that age we've kept most of that size and stature even the guys who quit working out. It was like giving your body that something extra to help it fill out. You can't say the same for guys who started using AAS in there late 20's and early 30's. Sure they pump up while on, but how do they look 5-10-20 yrs later? Like I said kid, i guarantee you most of the big boys on here started young and the advice they are giving to wait is not because they don't want you to know their secrets its because they feel they probably didn't know enough and thank their stars everyday that they didn't kill themselves. Luckily for you there is a web site like this where you can get all the knowledge you need. Keep reading!

Now that I told you how great AAS can be and make you superhuman. Here's the bad news and what some of the brothers are telling you. AAS amplifies everything. It makes your muscles bigger if worked, it makes your male balding come on faster. It takes your aggression and makes it worse. It takes your depression and makes it worse. 99% of the diseases you will ever get are already predetermined in your genetics, AAS could make anyone of these turn on sooner. You have serious depression issues and AAS is not gonna help you with that. Infact it is going to make it worse. Hold on haters hear me out.... Sure while on cycle your gonna feel like a god, stronger than superman, but even with proper PCT your gonna have bouts of depression and with you already being depressed its gonna make things worse. Without PCT your gonna experience some of the lowest lows you ever felt and with some of the PCT your gonna do the same. Not just because of the mood swings they cause but because even with proper training and diet your still gonna walk into the gym and not be able to lift a house anymore. Your gonna start getting mad that last week you where bench pressing SUV's and this week your lucky to lift a smart car. That plays a big mental game with you. So guess what, there's only one way I know how to fix that...... thats right more AAS. There's the other dirty secret, AAS is ADDICTING. Anyone who tells you they are not is lying. That feeling of god like strength and confidence you get from taking them is NEVER replaced by just working out natty. (bring it haters cuz you know I'm right) Another major problem is when you do come off and start seeing the gains diminish the first thing your gonna do it to try to push yourself harder to do what you use to and that leads to injury, sometimes serious injury. Injuries equal time off time off equals loss of muscle which will also add to your depression.

Listen no body puts their bodies thru the kind on punishments we do except for the fact that we ALL have some type of self esteem problem or another. (again haters prove me wrong, there is no reason to get big except person ones)

I know I've put myself out there to get attacked by everyone out there but everything i've said is true. I might not have helped you to decide one way or another, but I've giving you facts. Maybe some of the older brothers will stand by me and give more examples of what they have seen or gone thru over the years.

I can promise you this kid, getting bigger and looking buff might get the girls to come talk to you, but you are still who you are and maybe that's what you need to work on first. You have to be happy and like who you are before anyone else can like you. AAS is a long and hard road, and once you start, you still wont be happy. Something could always be bigger or stronger. So where does it stop? Also it aint cheap, good gear costs and so does PCT and food.

Start with yourself first kid. Get your head straight, then decide. In the mean time keep reading and learning and NEVER NEVER NEVER start a cycle without everything on hand AAS, peptides, PCT everything. Too many people do unnecessary damage because they couldn't wait to get big.

My heart goes out to you Bro. Really! I know it may seem all is lost and will never get better but it can and will if you make good choices. You nailed the problem with your gains when you mentioned your diet. If you don't have enough nutrients you will not grow. How can you, what is you body supposed to make this new muscle out of ?! Be patient go to the training and diet sections here and learn how to do this. There is another danger with AAS you may not be aware of and sounds like would be a real issue for you. AAS can and will put you through some SERIOUS mood changes especially at such a young age. If you are not in a stable frame of mind to begin with - I mean you think you are depressed now I have seen some guys go friggin nuts ! As you mature one is able to handle those feelings and adjust but when you are already depressed and unhappy you will be in for a roller coaster ride you can't imagine! Life will get better and the girls will come and so will the muscle if you do it right! You have something most of us would die for- TIME and opportunity. OH to be 18 again !!!!!

    Good Luck Kid

If you have emotional problems now I would hate to see you during PCT. I'm a whiny little bitch the first week of PCT.

If you're going to run gears, at least read all the stickies on 1st cycle and pct.

I would personally stick to test, and keep it to 8 wks @ 500mg per week.

Ensure you have everything you need before you start.

During PCT your going to wish you hadnt done this.

Personally I think everyone should take gears, sure it's not a good idea at your age alot of what these guys said is right but if you wanna git er dun then git er dun just start light and work your way up. If you grow tits don't play with them too much

I was 24 when i started. I researched everything, i trained from the aged of 12, i knew how and what to eat, what sides to watch for and i must say i loved it. Go slow and keep your head straight. No crazy ass ego when you start to grow. Keep your mouth shut and dont brag about what your doing. My 2 cents

The only thing worse than doing AAS at 18, is getting little results with them at 18, because you don't know how to eat.

As for your life being worthless. You won the fucking lottery by being born in the U.S., even if you got beat every day of your life a child. My childhood was no picnic and I have the physical and emotional scares to prove it. I started training at 16 and by the time I was 18, anyone who fucked with me (including my father) wished they hadn't. Get into MMA or something, kick some ass, find an outlet. When you get to your mid 20's you're going to realize most of your emotional stress at 18 was due to hormones. Adding more hormones to your body now could really screw things up for you when you're 25, have a good body, hot girlfriend and can't get it up.

Save your money, join the Red Cross and spend a month in Haiti. Then you'll know what pain and despair are. I remember what 18 was like, it was tough, but in the back of my mind I knew I had it better than 90% of the world population. Feeling sorry for yourself is like shitting on a starving child in a 3rd world country.

Cheer up! Do something with your life...

Following up all of this -- kinda reminds me of all the women I know who spend their whole lives feeling like victims of their weight and will drop money on ANY crazy program or pill that promises to help them lose weight. If they go thru w/ the retarded diets that are out there, they may get some sort of result initially, but ultimately end up hitting a wall (usually because the diet is not a healthy & maintainable approach), then start rebounding back to where they started and then some. But thru all of this, they won't just simply make a couple basic changes in their diets and get out & get active to get results. They want results now and want it in a magic pill where they dont' have to take any responsibility to understand the basics of how their bodies work.

You admit yourself that your diet is shit. I don't know what that means specifically, but at your age you should be in the best position to metabolize whatever you eat. And the diet part is EASY to change, can be kept cheap and WILL produce results, and the information is sitting right here on the Diet forum and w/ a few posts.

And the bigger reality is that any cycle you might ever do is still going to come up short because you don't have the diet in place to give it a foundation to support.

Step back from the 'desperation' stance like the chubby girls who are convinced they NEED to lose 20 lbs by next week and "will do whatever it takes". Start by just spending a couple posts to get your diet in place, and then just stick to it for a month and I bet you see some friggen amazing results.

And the additional gains - you'll see results --> more confidence --> realize you have the knowledge to reach your goals, and holy shit, it actually works --> no chemiical sides --> probably help w/ your mood --> start to get a better sense of what your body responds to --> get to know yourself better.

I'm sure I sound a little pie-in-the-sky -- but the mistake of jumping into AAS is 1) skipping the whole part of about diet as the foundation for everything you want to do whether on or off AAS and 2) the fact that you can't pick & choose the results & sides you want. You screw w/ your hormone profile and you need to understand all the things that this affects in your body & your life. Ain't nuttin for free.

At least start w/ the easy part & get your diet in order and let your body use the fuel so it can do what it does best at your age. The human body is an amazing thing that is designed to fumction optimally. Its beautiful when you get the diet & training on point and you can just sit & watch the results come. Trying to force a result that your body and your lifestyle don't already support is just asking to rebound at some point.

join the peace corps or habitat for humanity or join a prison ministry or something. Give of yourself and you'll get your self back. Once again not preaching Jesus or any religion here (though I would if asked), just one of the ideas he espoused. I believe even atheists can give of themselves so it's not about that.

The problem is you don't know who you are. You are a spiritual being. A being that is designed to give. You will only be happy when you are giving. That is why all the sages say that shit because it is true.

Look at your own psychology. You are in the mindset of receiving something to get rid of depression. Give me drugs, steriods, it will make this depression go away. Everyone in this world has a gift that no one else has. Find yours and start to give and your life will find a new meaning. It is buried inside of you, behind YOUR own mis aligned thoughts. This is very important to find at a young age. Be thankful that you are thinking about this now. Some people don't think about it under later in life.

I was 20 when I ran my first cycle. I loved every minute of it. I injected a lot of Testosterone. Very fun so I kept doing it.

You have to realize this world is not the ideal place. It is created by us by the decisions that we all make. As you can tell by looking at the world or reading a newspaper we got a lot of fuckups in this world.

This is where YOU come in. What do I mean by that. YOU, just like everyone else, has the FREEDOM to make your OWN choices. So don't do as everyone else does, monkey see monkey do. Listen to the greater part of yourself that most people ignore. It is the key to your creativity.

If you listen to that part of yourself and start taking small steps you will see that those decisions amplify your life. Then your confidence will grow as you WORK. Life is about growth, constant growth. That is the joy of life. That greater part of yourself is speaking to you behind the buzz of your thought's. Quiet your thoughts and see.

Heavy is partially joking. He says "fun" but he downplays the discipline and focus he has, not to mention is it not cheap to look good and the time is takes to do things right.
