as i failed miserably on my last thread heres another im 24 years old 184 lbs 17%bf ive been working out for a little over 2 years on and off the last cycle i took was PH D-DROL gave me good results but looking for more i train 6 days a week two hours a day and i eat like a pig lots of chicken steak and toons of water... i guess my question is is this stuff good to gain mass and what else should i take along with this to support milk thistle fish oil and tons of food



Need more details. Specific Workout routine, diet ect. Bodyfat is a bit high. Previous poster is right about running oral-only cycles. Six days a week is overkill, IMHO Give us more info, and we can help you better.

read the sticky: first cycle and pct
500mg test a week, .25mg a-dex a day, clomid/aromasin pct , kickstart with dbol if you so desire. I'd get your bodyfat down a bit first though, and yes 2 hours in the gym is overkill if you're routine is good

and eating like a mad man 50 gram protein shake a day
five egs in the morning
lunch lots of beans and steaks and other meats my wife makes
and dinner is always usually the same as lunch besides some serial with it

the guy i work out with said to first do a cycle of the oral unless im being missinformed ....and if thats the case why dont you guys inform me on whats the correct way to do it because yes i can read millions of countless threads but that wont get me anywerr because their are millions of difrent answers

ok bro, heres the answer, dbol alone is nit what you want, thats all there is to it. Your first aas cycly should be a test only cycle, no need for dbol. For AI aromasin and for pct aromasin and clomid, thats it. Your work out partner is an idiot
Yes you can read millions of threads but if you focus on just the "stickies" first you will get great info. I would read the stickies in the anabolic zone, the diet zone, and the training zone at least.
They made them stickies because they are agreed upon by the vast majority to give solid dependable info....more solid than any randomly posted response.
When you post like this you get answers all over the map and end up more confused than you started. Trust me I know how it feels when you're first starting out (I started off making random questions like this just about 4 months ago on a different site)...you'll make much greater bounds in knowledge if you just start by reading every single sticky (there's only a handful)-at least the first few posts of each. Save any questions until after you've read them and you'll actually understand people's responses much better.

Dbol isn't necessary but I kickstarted my first cycle with it and enjoyed it alot. Either way just get over your fear of pinning and you'll be farrr better off in the long run. It's painless bro, don't sweat it
Look into using insulin pins if you want, I honestly think you'd be better off just going with a 25ga. though. If insulin pins are the only thing you ever use you'll probably still be afraid of using a larger gauge, not a huge deal but if you ever have to pin more than 1ml at a time it's going to become an issue. Lowest I've ever gone was a 21ga because I ran out and my bro had a bunch, the pain was honestly about the same (minimal) just harder to push through the skin. 25 ga. is easy as hell

lol I've been overusing quads and I'm starting to run into scar tissue just about every time, time to switch it up I just like quads so much
I agree though op, your bf is too high. Learn how to diet and get down to sub 15% at the least. If your diet/training aren't on point your results on AAS will be subpar, and you'll lose them as soon as you come off.

it'll be ok..he thinks I'm just trollin.. which is partially true.. but reading "I want to do an oral cycle because I am a giant pussy" threads gets annoying.. so idk.. usually the outcome is them not listening at all to what we say and they go ahead and do it anyway..
