My cuz is 25 yrs old hasn't worked out in like 7 yr in high school he was an athlete he was pretty ripped now he wants to get back into it but he wants to jump right into a cycle an I've tried to talk him out of it to work out for awhile first can u guys give me some addvise that might change his mind on waiting awhile. Thanks!!!
He needs to get back into the addictive mindset first. Figure out his diet regiment, lifting routine, just get back in the groove of things. Also, what are his stats?
I totally agree with the last poster.
He should train hard, get his diet on track, set some goals and get back into it.
Since he is clean I bet he would be surprised at the gains he can make without any compounds and then perhaps after about 6-9 months if he's still doing everything right consider it then.
He may be so happy with his gains he may decide he doesnt need it afterall.
