    Cramping-help

5 weeks into my cycle. Taking:
    600 mgs test e
    600 mgs EQ
    60 mgs Tbol

Drinking two gallons of water a day. Last night I got a horrible cramp in my hammy, while stretching it out my quad knotted up. This started about two weeks ago, but it's getting progressively worse and more frequent.

I'm still a bit sore and I think I'm going to skip training legs today. I know I will cramp up if I work them.

Anyone have some advice for me?

    Potassium and taurine might help.

Electrolyte imbalance my friend. You might be drinking 2 gallons, but what does your salt intake look like? How about calcium and potassium? Are you on any diuretics?

No diuretics, and I'm eating fresh whole foods with the exception of frozen chicken breast. So salt shouldn't be too bad.

Have you been peeing a lot? Like to the point that you might be dehydrated? How about supplements other than juice?

Don't get fooled into the myth that creatine causes cramping. You can rule that out as a source to your cramps...

Try potassium first, and grab some taurine if you can. Your water intake is good so it's gotta be one of the above. Also make sure you do some stretching if you're not already

Gatorade. I had the same cramping problem when on EQ. Nasty cramps in all kinds of strange places. It was electrolytes.

I've had some of the worst cramps ever on SD. I thought my calf was gonna tear itself off the bone one time it locked up so bad, hurt for a solid 24 hours afterwards. Even had like a charlie horse in my neck one time doing shrugs, unpleasant to say the least lol. That was enough for me to make damn sure I always keep my water intake high and have taurine on hand when using certain compounds

I didn't notice a huge difference taking taurine either, though I guess it may have been better than without it. The thing that made the most difference was water intake, I slacked for a few days on cycle and wasn't drinking a whole lot and that's when the cramps started hitting hard

I was told to take taurine and tried it as well but still had the same problems, I agree water is the most important on cycle.
