    M1T - 5 years later... gyno,cyst, or fat tissue?

I did M1T 5 years ago...and was being stupid by doing it without proper pct and serms on hand. Now I have a small lump under the nipple since then. It's hard and doesnt feel like there's fluid on it.

Some had swore it could be only "cyst" - which the doctor can drain
Some said gyno for sure - surgery would be only option
    Others - fat tissue?

I only did 2 cycles with it.

    1st cycle - 10-20mg ed for 2 months?
2nd cycle 10-20mg ed + 10-20mg 4-AD for 1 month - then I had to stop cause it killed my balls and nipples were too sensitive.

Anyways, can anyone help me with what do you think it is? My doctor isnt very helpful and just told me to leave it.

You can try letro, I have pubertal gyno and running it for about 2 months reduced it a good deal. Make sure you follow up with aromasin or nolva to avoid your gyno returning from estrogen rebound. I would say it is more than likely gyno, and your doctor won't do shit unless you're willing to pay for the surgery and specifically request it. I asked my doc about it before and he said "it's not that bad, just don't worry about it". Easy to say when it's not you lol, sucks having to choose clothing based on whether or not it will make your gyno show worse, not wanting to take your shirt off etc. I may try another run of letro soon just to see if it'll improve anymore. That's really your only option other than surgery. Letro will kill your sex drive though and can give you joint pain etc. so only do it if the gyno's bad enough to really bother you. In the future make sure you have all your ancillaries/pct on hand!

Letro is the only thing I can think of to try. If it helps then that answers the question. If not and since the Dr says leave it then without seeing a different Dr or changing this ones mind you will never know. It could well be a lipoma (basically fat tissue and not a big deal) or could be Gyno or several other things. All of which cannot be known unless the Dr tests it.

If you are the slightest bit nervous about it tell the Dr you want to know what it is and have it tested or removed. Its your choice and the Dr must respect that. Whatever it is, it likely is not serious since you have had it a while without problem. Its really up to you though.

Second opinions are free bro. Crack open the phone book and start looking for a doctor who specializes diagnosing that kind of stuff.
