Ambien, melatonin, weed, they all work.

I have insomnia normally and melatonin works well for me. I've tried ambien a few times but it makes me trip out, if I don't sleep right away I start hallucinating and have no clue what I'm doing. I've even woken up out of bed walking down the hall, who knows whether that's happened before and I never even knew it. Other than that benadryl or diphenhydramine knocks me right out, and I use ganja occasionally as well though that may not be for you.

Other than that just don't sweat it. Even if your sleep is subpar as long as you're training and dieting right you will make good gains. The more you stress out about not sleeping the worse it will become, just get whatever you can and if you can't sleep watch some tv or something.

Your gains might suffer a tiny little bit if you're not sleeping enough, but the effect of the tren will outweigh that by far. Of course get as much sleep as you can but you will still have good results without getting a full 8 hours. Best thing I can say really is not to worry yourself about it, if you can't sleep don't lay in bed tossing and turning because that shit will drive you nuts. Watch a movie or read a book when you can't sleep, and keep in mind that as long as you're training and eating you are still gonna grow.

Just starting week 4 on Tren A and having no issues with sleeping. Just wondering if your pinning ED or EOD? I have read many postings where pinning ED has less sides than pinning EOD so that is the root I took. Maybe give it a try.

Running Tren/Mast/Prop ED without any trensomnia issues either. How did that cycle work for you?

excellent bro. my muscle definition improved so much. my chest, delts, and traps really stand out a lot more. didnt notice as much fat loss on my mid-section as i hoped for, but the strength gains were insane.

this was my 2nd cycle and im gonna take a nice long break, but i cant see myself not including tren in any cycle i may run in the future.
