That winny is gonna screw up his joints. He's taking it because he thinks it'll lean him out, but it ain't gonna do shit without a diet to back it up. Tell him to cut out the winny.

The winny can be taken orally even if it's not in pill form. FYI.

nope. initially it was both of our plans but then i joined the forum and was advised other wise. i am going to be running 500mg of test e with nothing else. im a noob to this an i will listen to the advice, id rather not be another statistic.

but this is a good friend of mine and since he wont take my advice or the forums advice (i showed him this forum and post) then i would rather him do it as safely as possible even if it is looked down upon. i am unsure of what kind it is, i have not physically seen it, he is waiting until my gear comes in the we will start together.

his diet isn't an issue he has a diet plan he just started that he wrote up to go along with carb cycling and he figured out his "cutting" calories, protein needs, and fat needs.

as far as taking it orally, would he just measure it out the spray it in some juice or something? lol

thanks for the help guys, wish he wasnt being such a douche but since he is i want him to be a "safe douche"

Some people just squirt the winny into their mouth with a dropper. While the winny will improve his cycle, it's going to cause some side effects that most will tell you are not worth it (drier joints, likely to cause injury, winny dick, etc.). You'll be better in the long run . If you want to stack something, try tbol at 30mg a day for the first few weeks. Otherwise, your cycle is golden. Make sure you have a good PCT laid out.

No. Never tried it myself but from my understanding, the injectable is better. Far better nitrogen retention for one...
