    PreWorkout Slin + HGH.....

    Hey guys,

    I am new to this forum and is my first post.. So please be kind ha...
    Would like some insight on my hgh/slin protocol.... I have done my homework and no all the risk of taking slin. I am 27, 5'9 185lbs.
    Im currently on 750mg test e, 50mg anadrol, 300mg deca, .5mg adex ed.

    I am doing 6iu hgh. 3iu first thing in the morning and 3ius before bed.. I workout in the evening around 6pm and am doing my slin pre workout.. Post workout just doesn’t work well with my schedule..

    Would like your opinion, this is what i am doing as of right now:

    have a solid food meal (8 oz lean ground beef, 9 oz whole wheat pasta + veggies) an hour or 2 before injecting slin. I am using humilin R

    30 mins before workout inject slin 10iu sub q
    have shake #1
    - 50g karbolyn, 20g protein, 5g bcaa, 10g glutamine, 5g creatine

    during workout sip on shake #2
    - 50g karbolyn,20g protein,5g bcaa, 10g glutamine, 5g creatine

    after workout shake #3
    50g karbolyn, 20g protein

    hour after last shake have a soild meal.. (8oz lean ground beef and 7oz whole wheat pasta)

    I am staying away from fat as much as possible while the insulin is active, i do not want fat gains..

    What I would like to know is, is this protocol ok? Any help/suggestions would be
    appreciated ... thank you..

    I don't know anything about slin, but I'd imagine many here will say you should max out your AAS potential before messing with it. Also fat gains are pretty much unavoidable as far as I know so expect that. Besides that it looks like you've done a fair amount of research, just know that slin is among the most dangerous things you can use if done incorrectly, which I'm sure you're already aware of.     I'd try to get Humalog instead of Humalin R. Most any Canadian pharmacy will send it to you without a script if you can't get it in the states.

    Thank bud, Yeah i know the danger that comes with slin if done incorrectly, but so far so good and no sign of hypo.. Iv read and heard if you do not comsume any to minimum fat while the slin is active you will not gain as much fat.

    True but the chances of it getting seized is great.. I had a buddy of mine order from Canadian Pharmacy and got seized both times so Im using humilin r since its way easier to get since it is otc....

    I NEVER had slin taken by customs from Canada...and I used to order it all the time.

    Yes I have looked into his protocol. Good protocol but no igf at the moment. I was thinking about switching my hgh instead of am and pm to preworkout as well.. Only thing I cant afford to do 10iu of growth at the moment. so thats why im doing 3iu first thing in the morning and 3iu before bed.

    That is too much carbs... and dont use whey in first 2 shakes... how about this:

    30 mins before workout inject slin 10iu sub q
    have shake #1
    40g karbolyn, 15g bcaa, 10g EAA, 5g creatine

    during workout sip on shake #2
    30-40g karbolyn, 15g bcaa, 10g EAA, 5g creatine

    after workout shake #3
    20g karbolyn, 2 scoops of whey (50-55g protein)

    hour after last shake have a soild meal.. (8oz lean ground beef and 7oz whole wheat pasta)

    -------

    That's the most carbs I would use, u probably need even less, unless you want to get fat. BCAA needs to be higher than 5g, at least 15g in both shakes and drop glutamine and replace it with EAA (any brand, Power Shock is good), and creatine is good.
    hGH pre workout is a good idea.

    Yeah thats what i was thinking to. Today will be my 4th day on slin and will change it up. I will try what you laid out. Def do not want to get fat.. How should I incorrpet the hgh? Since im doing am and pm shots. SHould i do all 6iu im or sub q 45 mins before wokringout then do the slin protocol?

    That is very similar to the protocol i follow. I use about half the carbs in my drink for during workout, carbs really slow me down it seems.lol How long have u been using aas..just trying to figure out if you NEED slin yet.. I use R as well

    I have been lifting for 9 years now. And on and off cycle for 4-5 years or so.

    Had a questiong regaarding hgh with slin.. would it be best to do it with my slin like 15 mins before i do the slin or is it fine the way i am currently doing 3iu first thing in the morning and 3iu before bed? Also if i were to do it pre workout with my slin should i do IM or Sub q?
