First week into pct I took off to let muscles rest.Second week back I did leg workout(yesterday)Now I feel fluish.I'm down 8lbs and feel softer.If I stay home a few day's more from the gym I will be ready to put a 38 to my head and pull the trigger lol.Should I fight threw it and just go to the gym![]()

I think you should get back into the gym asap. Take energy drinks to power through your workouts. That's why I personally like clen during pct while a lot of people disagree with clen in pct. Clen makes my energy levels go through the roof, I've actually gained on all my lifts during my last pct. However I don't recommend clen in your case right now because you have lost too much weight already.

Stop resting. The weakness you feel is you coming off the AAS. Unless you start sniffling and sneezing, keep working out. It's crucial you don't stop exercising during PCT.

good advice, for me I hit it just as hard once I come off for at least 3 weeks and then will take 5 to 7 days off just to heal everything. I believe that is why some people loose size coming off cycle theyt do not push as hars as while on cycle! My workouts are intense year around!![]()
I pushed hard threw my pct and actually put up a PR on bench press 2 weeks after my last injection, granted i was using enanthate though. Only lost 8lbs and kept a soild 13lbs.
