Can you have gyno without a lump behind the nipple??? My gym partner wont shut the fuck up about, "Dude i think i got gyno!" Then he proceedes to show me. He doesnt have a lump but it is kinda weird as his one nipple is larger than the other, but not really puffy. Hes 9 percent bf. From straight on his chest looks normal from the side it looks like loose skin round or fat on side of chest. Almost like his chest is shaped weird and he says when it cold it not noticeable. Idk just trying to get some opinions so i can show him and get the tard to zip it and lift.

He isnt currently on anything. Hes had this same issue for years idk it really bothering him now tho i guess. I guess he jus have to go to the doctor.
