VAR Administering
when taking a dose of anavar 50mg a day, is it more advantageous to split the pill in half and take 8hrs apart, to keep it working all day, or doesn't really matter/ thanks

There is considerable debate with that but I think splitting to keep levels stable makes for the least sides. However taking it all at once will give higher total blood plasma levels of the drug. There is ancedotal evidence that this results in slightly better gains. With Var I believe either way is ok.

I've tried it both ways and didn't notice much difference. This was with dbol though. I just split it up now to keep it simple.
