If it were me I'd take it everyday. As long as I can afford it.
I'm getting ready to round out my cycle by throwing in 50mg ed of d-bol. I myself one day per week as my rest day (Sunday) My question is, do I still take the dbol on my off day to keep blood levels stabilized? Or do I just chill and pick back up on Monday?

And w 50 mg of dbol, watch that estradiol closely.
I plan on keeping my AI (aromasin) at 25mg eod. Seems to work the best for me so far. No sides and I'm rounding out my cycle.
i dose twice a day every day....dbol that is
Okay, I was thinking about 50 mg per day and divide it up in 3 doses. (every 3-4 hours) I was reading on a seperate site where EVERYONE was saying to divide it up in 5 doses of 10 mg, 5 times per day.![]()
that would be ideal... but i think 2 - 3x a day is plenty...IMO

yes ED, even off days, although while taking Dbol I find it hard to have off days. Today was my off day and I ended up doing deadlifts, squats, biceps, and a couple hundred decline situps with a 18lb medicine ball. LOL
Oh and two miles cardio!
I never find the time to find another place,
I'm a bad motherfucker who lives it every day.
You never look at me now, you never look me in the face.
I'm a timebomb yeah
Lol, bro that's hilarious. A buddy of mine just came off of it and he said the pumps were so intense it was borderline painful.
Last time I hit D's I had severe pumps... I drank a shitload of warer and it didnt seem to help. Had to cut several workouts short or rest a lot in between sets... Cardio was outta the question my calves and lower back crippled me.. That being said I jumped from 218 to 248 lbs and my BF% went down.

Just 50 a day for 5 weeks. I would do a ten minute warmup and the treadmill and I was toast lol.
