So, I ran a 15 week cycle this summer that looked like this -
Weeks 1-10 500 mgs Test E/wk
Weeks 1-12 600 mgs EQ/wk
Weeks 7-14 50 mgs/EOD Tren A
Weeks 10- 15 100 mgs Test P/EOD
Weeks 13-15 HCG 1000 IU EOD
The first PCT didn't help me recover so I ran another four weeks of the same dosages.
It's been 5 weeks since my second shot at PCT ended and I'm still not recovered whatsoever. I feel like death.
I went and had blood work done and my Endo just called me and said my LH and FSH are both extremely low and my testosterone is only at 37 ng/dl....... This is 12 weeks after the end of my cycle. My doctor said that she plans on watching my levels for another three months to see if I've recovered. I'm only 20 years old........ Don't even say it, I already know that I'm stupid. The question I have is wouldn't by this time if my test hasn't started to come back that its permanently shut down. Could it take a lot longer for it to start coming back. Basically, I'm looking for advice on different options and routes I have the choice in
I would be completely okay with HRT but I'd still like to be able to have kids. I know its possible for HRT patients to have children but would that mean HCG shots all throughout HRT?
Any advice and information would be greatly appreciated.
im not bashing research chems but i would never take the chance of using pct drugs from research chem sources since generic pharm grade stuff if easily attainable
did you tell the doctor you did steroids? did you ask him for help getting your natural test back to normal?
if i were you id stay on aromasin so you dont pop up with gyno while ur test is low

Yes, it's entirely possible. On TRT, testosterone production ceases, not spermatogenisis. If you want to have children, when it's time...just get your endo to prescribe HCG. Very large doses are used to help have children BTW, not just the little 250 units a week you would be using along with TRT.
I've been on TRT for years due to early viropause. I did get Mrs.V. pregnant twice while not only on TRT but actually while on cycle.

I told my doctor every single drug and dosage that I took. She told me not to take ANYTHING, including clomid and aromasin. I feel like there's something she could do to help restart my test production but she just seems like she wants me to recover naturally. I'm not happy about this.

And that is the correct course of action. 15 weeks is a long cycle, especially for one so young. You've ran PCT twice. Now it's time to let it be and let your body recover. I'm betting that in another 2 months...you will. Patience, easy for me to say and hard for you to have, but the correct thing to do.

It's just really hard because I'm to the point I feel like i'm just existing. I have no energy, no libido, losing muscle, gaining fat, decrease in strength, no focus, and my personality is completely gone. I've never been so depressed and I feel like my life has been put on hold. Im trying to be patient but I'm to the point where I would literally do anything on earth to start feeling better. I've thought about just running my on TRT which I know is not the right the to do whatsoever but I'm so desperate start feeling better.
^ It is very rare that your body will not recover more, i know its tough but you will be ok man. LISTEN TO DOC from now on. LEAVE STEROIDS ALONE and let you body do its natural thing. Whatever you do bro don't play doc anymore. I know extremely low test sucks, but you will get better even if your body doesn't kick back in gear (which i think it will eventually may take some time) doc will help you. good luck man

Switch to a diet that will promote test production, maybe take some DAA for 3 weeks on, a few off, repeat and it will come back. I would definitely do everything I could diet wise first as that alone can make a big difference in hormone optimization.
The thing is, after all of this, I still want to use AAS. I'd rather be put on HRT and be able to blast and cruise instead of being naturaly with low test for the rest of my life.
The doctor told my friend who did high dosed tren cycles for his first two and a high dosed deca for his third all in a year that it might take him a year to recover so he went back on test instead of waiting
Not to be a dick and say, "I told you so", but I warned you about the hazards of cycling before your endocrine system was fully developed. Now you see why I told you to hold off a few years before jumping on AAS. Next time follow the advice of those trying to help you...

didn't know you told him GMO, Its crazy how everytime someone trys to tell these dudes good advice they never listen, and argue with us about it. Then this happens.

OP
You should really reconsider your choices here. Your endocrine system is shot to hell right now (AEB you stating all your S/S) and yet you still want to "blast and cruise"?

Well " I'm not trying to be a dick" but the advice you gave me didn't come until after this cycle. I'm not blaming you for my ignorance but there was no "I told you so" in this case.

Yet again I reiterate, I was not on this board before I started my cycle so I don't know how it would be possible for GMO to give me any advice. I stated my problems after the cycle was over and he told me it was stupid to have cycled in the first place.

If I am remembering wrong, then I apologize bro.
I would try running another PCT with an HCG blast at the beginning to see if you can recover your natural test levels. You definitely don't want to be on TRT for life at only 20 years old.
Nowdays we seem to all want instant gratification in everything. You have the opportunity to learn something here don't throw it away and do the same thing over again-the result will be the same! You will recover, give it TIME. Screwing with your hormones more now will only make it worse. Maybe you could use this experience to help the other YOUNGER bro's not make the same mistake. I've heard GMO and others give this wisdom about waiting to cycle till you are older and have a proper foundation over and over to no avail to younger guys. This should be a red flag to you that your underlying reasoning behind these decisions needs work. You are way to premature to even consider TRT at 20 yrs old ! Good luck my friend, this can turn out well if you heed wisdom!
Don't worry about GMO, he gives this same advice (rightly) to dozens of people under 20 each week, he probably mistook you for someone else.
For you: hold tight man, it'll take at LEAST 4 more weeks for your test to start coming back. The best thing you can do now is 1) not to fight with your system, your body is trying very hard to restore its natural balance after a hard cycle. 2) Keep your diet straight and your workouts continuing. 3) If you're seeing your general physician, I recommend you quit seeing her and go see an ENDOCRINOLOGIST (Physician who specializes in hormones), particularly one who specializes in seeing AAS users. Your regular physician most likely has not ever dealt with another case like this (if she has, I doubt she's seen more than 1 or 2). The endocrinologist will know what to do much better than her.
Best of luck, keep us posted.

^^ about time someone brought up the obvious and blasted him a bit!!

How about the "I told you so" in the 100's of other treads where people have been told to stay off gear until their late 20's. The advise is in the Sticky's and in previous posts, but you didn't listen. I'm not trying to be a dick, but you hurt yourself and lost allot of money on shit that your not keeping gains from. I just hope that someone else reads this thread and learns a lesson.

But see, it wasn't directed at "him" specifically (rolls eyes)
That was a hell of a cycle though. If you can afford that, then cough up the cash for a good doctor and call it a day.
