I always just swallow my tabs i am just wondering if i should be chewing or let dissolve? Or is it all the same

you could just swallow them whole like an advil bro
i dont know technically if theres a faster absorbtion if chewed but im sure its pretty negligible
personally i wouldnt chew orals because i feel a small amount might get stuck in my teeth or something and i wont get the full dose

some suppliers say their tabs are compact hard enough the body may not absorb all, but i have yet to see or have this problem. i swallow mine whole, sometimes i bite them in half but never chew.
