Do you have a lump under your nip? If so and you have no symptoms it can be a sebaceous cyst due to increased oil production.

I think you can, I never really had gyno symptoms during puberty but at some point ended up with a lump. I check frequently on cycle now lol, just to be safe

i had the slightest bit of itchyness and it went away.....3 months later i have a bb size lump. so my symptoms were very very little and i got it. its gone now because i hit it as soon as i noticed the lump
