Alright bros... Monday I hit 300 mg of sust and ever since then my heads been killing,feeling like high bp though. But today I started throwing up blood. It's never happened before and this will be my 3rd run. Any thoughts?

Could be stomach ulcer. Or who knows what else. Either way this is very serious and you need to seek medical attention immediately. Be honest with the doctor about everything you are using including alcohol, drugs over the counter or not, and AAS. Not worth risking it. Keep us posted. Get well brother.

Aleve (Naproxen Sodium) can cause stomach ulcers. Does anyone in your family have a history of peptic/gastric ulcer disease?
How heavy were the dosages?
What about alcohol?
I ask because chronic alcohol intake can lead to portal hypertension and esophageal varices.
Let us know the results of the EGD and what they find when they put the "camera-snake" in you.

Usually a rule of thumb is that if the blood is bright red, it is in the stomach or above. Could be as simple as capillaries in your throat or as bad as bleeding ulcers. If the blood is dark or looks like coffee grounds it is usually worse internal bleeding. Definitely be straight with the dr's like they said. I have had to go to the hospital because of internal bleeding related to ulcerative colitis and I told them I was on a cycle and they only asked why. They can't release medical records to police unless there was a crime.
