I do a lot of mountaineering, which sometimes requires 12 hours of climbing w only minimal breaks.

weight training and that much cardio together just sounds kind of counter productive to me , at least for my own personal goals..

    But my schedule is

    Chest/triceps
    Back/Biceps
    Abs/Shoulders/forearms
    Legs

Well, bbing isn't my only passion. I'm ok w not being the biggest guy in the gym. Especially when I get to stand on top of the tallest mountains in the US.

It'd be stupid to not be in great shape when you're standing on a 50 degree slope of solid ice and one misstep means a 2000 ft fall!
