    Whats best to take for a cut ?? However worried about labido

    Im 24 5'8 about 165 right now. Havent checked bf% in a while so not sure

    Anyways I am just wondering what you guys would recommend. I am going on vacation in Feb to Mexico and I am "training" until then to get as ripped/cut bf% as much as possible.

    I am probably going to just go all natural with a good diet and workout (already started) however I am just wondering what my options are for a little boost.

    I am kind of a whimp for pinning even though this would probably be the best way to go. Also In the past I have taken Anavar at 100mg a day but I ran into a big problem with it with my BP/liver and cholesterol getting a little funky.

    I also completely lost my labido ! Scary stuff and it ruined my summer. I just finished my cycle in June and I am just getting my labido back to normal`sh now. Because of this I am scared to try anything else until I do a "proper" cycle and if I lost my labido even slightly it literally would ruin my trip.
    I thought about doing only 40mg of anavar though just for 2-3 weeks before when I cut all my carbs out and really go all out the last month but iunoooooo

    What would you guys suggest do you know of anything that wouldnt affect my labido or because of my last cycle and probably still recovering just go o-natural

    Any help is appreciated guys...I'll respond back fast

    Best thing to do for bodyfat is a clean diet, not aas.

    If you are gonna use I would go with low dose test at 300mg wk with a low dose dnp.....

    Just use the dnp... Works well and will not mess with your endo system.

    Or some other fat burning like clen or a eca

    You could use eca safely bro, i wouldn't use gear yet. After your cut i would work on routine, diet etc. You can get much bigger than 165 naturally. Read for awhile. You will learn in your reading test is the base, take your anavar cycle for example. If you would have done a proper dose of test i highly doubt you would have had libido problems. Study pct well while your reading, pct is a big deal!

    ephedrine/caffeine, DIET, and some cardio is all you need bro

    You lost your libido on var because you shut down your test production without replacing it... Sounds like you didn't run pct either if it just finally came back. For your own safety if you decide to cycle please read and ask lots of questions first.

    dnp works but I would spend a solid week reading up on it before even considering it. Too much dnp will kill you, rather unpleasantly.

    You ran clomid all the way through the cycle? That doesn't really make sense but did you continue the clomid for 3-4 weeks after stopping the var? But anyway libido problems are common during pct, but the reason you lost it while on cycle is because you didn't include some type of testosterone.

    Nono lol not clomid through the whole cycle. I just meant clomid through the whole pct (sorry at work typing fast`ish). Yah when it happened lots of people were saying I should have definately included test with it....I'll know better for next time. I'll checkout dnp. I'm reading only take it for about 14 days......Also the dying/overheating from the insides yikes....Kinda worried because I usually hit the steam room often. Definately do not want to over heat. However I'll see how I am in the last month and how hard I need to push it.

    Lol I`m not huge....I`m just trying to get more defined and in 3 months thats not enough time to bulk and cut. Trying to lose the fat in the stomach area.....maybe the underwear model look lollll iuno but yah I think I will just stick to the diet, cardio, caffeine and steam room to sweat everything out...

    Really? You're 165 with belly fat and you'll stick to the diet and workout (that is in check). What does 'in check' mean?

    1) DNP is harsh sh!t. You have ZERO business even considering this.
    2) Diet diet diet is 90% of what you should be concerned with
    3) The other 10% is supplements/training

    You do not need drugs, gear, etc... You need to get your diet figured out (maintenance calories/macros) and train. If you're 165 @ 15%+ BF, it sounds like need to train, because you have not much LBM to speak of. So if you do cardio, I'd make it pretty easy for 20-30 mins POST WORKOUT. I mean... We don't want you getting down to 150 @ 13%.
