Hey this is my first thread but i have been on here for months reading and researching
This will be my 3rd AAS cycle
I plan to start this cycle after i drop my BF a little more, i want to be at least 15% before i start
My Stats are as follows:
Age: 22
Height: 6'1"
Current Weight: 212
Current Body Fat Percentage: 18%
My planned cut cycle is as follows:
Test Prop 100 mg ED - Weeks 1-10
Tren Ace 100 mg EOD - Weeks 1-10
Winstrol 100 mg ED - Weeks 5-10
Arimidex
PCT 4 Weeks
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/10
Aromasin
I might also use some HCG, I used it in my last cycle

I have to agree with what has been said. If your planning on pinning the prop ED anyway might as well pin your tren ed as well at 50mg.
Drop Nolva during PCT Clomid/Aromasin will do you well, and not hinder IGF levels.
Have you ran winstrol before? 100mg is nice and all but your joints are going to feel like ass. and That along side tren your just begging for an injury.
Here is my proposed cycle for you.
1-10 Test Prop 75mg/ed
1-8 Tren Ace 50mg/ed
1-6 Tbol 60mg/ed
1-10 Proviron 50mg/ed
1-10 Clen 80-120mcg 2 on 2 off.
1-9 Caber .5mg Twice Weekly
1-10 Aromasin 12.5mg-25mg/ed or eod

I ran Winstrol at 100 mg for 6 weeks on my last cycle, i had a little joint pain but took creatine and kept my water intake high and it seemed to help with that.
And im already planning to get to 15% bf or lower before i start, when i started my last cycle i was at like 20 something % and was only doin 350 mg test prop per week, i didnt get the results i was hoping for.
So im gonna do this cycle at a lot lower body fat and double the test. Im expecting a lot more results. Ive been lifting seriously for about 5 years now, im a pretty big buy already.
My very first cycle was a bulking cycle, i was extremely naive and used methyltrienolone, but i got all the way up to 255 lbs, gained 35 pounds in 4 weeks, i was huge but had a good amount of fat on me. Ive cut down a lot in the last year but kept the majority of my muscle and almost all my strength.
Post a pic. Not saying youre lying, but what most people think is 15% is more like twenty. I have a friend who is at about 13% right now, but most people who don't know any better think he's 8%

Ill post a pic tomorrow morning, My navy recruiter taped me at 18% but i dont feel like i am. I used to be 320 pounds in high school, i was such a fat ass. I have extra skin on my stomach from bein so big, i should be getting close to a six pack by now but i dont know if ill ever be able to without having surgery.
I'd say a tad higher than 18, but its hard to tell because of all the weight you've lost. Good job on that, btw. Most people who are overweight don't have the motivation to do what you did.

IMO 18% is too high for aas. At 212 you have 38+ lbs of fat on you. Get that down before you use.
Well, some say Tren has a fat loss effect, so I supposed it might help. However, the main focus should be cardio and diet... and if you are looking to lose fat maybe some clen would be a good idea.
ive used clen before, i didnt like it too much, ive had better results with OTC cutters. My diet is on point and i do 45 min of cardio every day, its workin for me and im still losing weight, im down another 4 pounds since i posted this, thats why im gonna keep doin what im doin and when im at around 15% BF, ill run the cycle i posed above.

The tape test is so inaccurate. I have to tape my several Soldiers regularly for HT/WT. I have some real fat asses that should not pass and some muscular guys that dont. I do the calipers on them and the fat percentages are nowhere even being close. It all depends on your neck. Some necks are big and some are not. I would not put any trust to the tape test AT ALL! I know Im about 12% by the calipers but the tape test says I am 20%
