I highly doubt you're on a very strict 5000 calorie diet. I don't think human beings can eat 5000 calories and not gain weight past 165. I hope you're not doing excessive wasteful cardio.
to answer your question, even though you don't seem ready for AAS considering you weigh as much as a piece of IFBB pro's feces, just read the first cycle and pct sticky at the top of the board.

The best advice I can give to someone with your stats is more food and training....one or both are off. You are almost 6ft and only weigh 165lbs. Those numbers don't call for AAS, they call for a better diet and training routine. What does your diet look like? Do you know what your daily protein intake is?

Yeah doesn't matter whether you're drinking or eating those 5000 cals, you should still be gaining weight if you're doing it consistently over time. That may really even be too much and you'll likely put on some fat.
Anyway I hit 165 in highschool, at only 5'9 eating much less than 5k cals so I don't see how that's possible

That shit is loaded with sugar....get some whey. With your stats, I'd want to take in at least 2gr of protein per body pound. So you should be aiming for around 330gr a day. Those shakes you are talking about have under 50gr per serving....and a lot of other junk in there that you don't need.
