    question for 21 year old

    What is good start for my age? i know my natural test is probably good i hope and i assume. curious what is best for me or ok for me at my age?

    any tips?

    Don't....plain and simple. IMHO, I would wait for a few more years and AFTER you have developed a good base. You have enough test and hormones running through your body that you could make killer gains with D.T.S. (diet, training and sleep).

    Now to make absolutely sure your "levels" are ok, you should get some blood work done now and after any cycle. However, if your hell bent on doing one, make it a bread-and-butter cycle of test. I'm willing to bet that most guys here will tell you the same thing.

    I vote you think long and hard about it bro...
    Your first pin basically means you'll need to keep pinning for quite some time, if not years, then decades. At 21 and using AAS, it just messes with your body's already prime levels.

    Try spending the same amount of money on a good diet plan... I have been on here, and reading some damn good things about "Total Package". Diet is where you need to start. Learn that for a year or so, then go from there.

    wordd. im surprised people are willing to say wait. good to know so many honest people are here. ive been killing it in the gym im doin great. Looking great already myself. But im hitting a peak im almost sure.


    I will keep at it tho. so wait for aas? what about hgh and anything else like test e? dbol? or just go all natural and return to the topic down the road? i just want honest opinions is all and very much appreciate the ones i have been given.

    If you're going to do it no matter what, then I second what was said above... Go with a Test only cycle. Test E is what I would recommend. Yet You need to post your stats brother...
    Height, wt, training time, sports you play, what you eat. The more info the better we can help.

    You are only 21, your levels should be peaking anyway, test and hgh - let them drop down - I would not recommend HGH to anyone under 35. fact is most doctors wont give a scrip for HGH unless you are seriously low..and then they only check IGF levels and not true HGH levels, in order to check hgh levels you would need about 7 blood draws in a 2 hour period under intense workout stress and again during relaxing.

    5 foot 8
    167 pounds
    10% bf last i checked
    could be 9% but bulking atm so mayb 11% bf

    deadlift:410lbs
    bench:310lbs
    squats:350lbs

    mostly want to be shredded as all can be.

    Test E, and Dbol are AAS bro. Wait on them all.

    Just about every cycle you'll ever do should have TEST in it. Test is as important to your cycle as your dick is to you.

    Go all natural. Maybe play with mild PH's. Preferably just go with basic supplements. I second the wait on HGH until you're older. I ran HGH at 21 but was in some damn fucking hard military training that would never let up. I was doing 14-20hr days. Looking back I sure as hell would do it again to be honest, but learned that in any other situation I wouldn't have.

    HGH lead to my head injury actually. So just be careful my man. (I was stupid and don't repeat my doings).

    You are right... A lot of young guys are on them... A lot of young guys also get fat chicks knocked-up, are ignorant, and un-knowledgeable. You gained some points for asking this question... They don't know what they are doing, they just run what another young buddy says to.

    Excellent responses. I seriously appreciate them. I am heading into military training down the road myself. But great. thanks alot everyone. i might stick around to learn more about it but im now glad to know i shouldnt mess with my body when im already fine as it is.

    How about legal testosterone boosters such as P6?

    do they actually work or are they retarded as hell to purchase? i nabbed one awhile ago but not sure if it really worked.

    Any supplements that would be my best bet besides the usual creatine monohydrate, on whey protein? i grabbed a box of bronchaid and stopped taking caffeine as it counter acts with creatine so its a E stack.

    i wanna look more into natty test boosters/pink magic/ nano vapor and other sups that might increase my gains or strength in the gym

    I'll keep it simple and say that most OTC test boosters, unless your talking about PHs, aren't worth it. Your 21 and if you add exogenous hormones on top of what you already have, you could possibly have the unwanted side effects such as oily skin and acne.

    It's fall so why not bulk up, eat big and get a routine down first and then plan a cut for the spring/summer months?

    Stay natural for now, until your body is fully matured, or you may regret it in the future. Plus, at that age you have so much naturally occurring test coursing through you veins that you should continue to make excellent gains.

    If you find the urgue too strong at least do yourself a favor and read the first cycle and pct sticky thread and go with what that suggests.

    When people say they are "peaking" I tend to want to call bullshit. There's a whole realm of change and growth you can bring out by understanding diet better. Any AAS is always only going to be a support to a solid Diet & Training program. The first time I ever did a specific bulker diet, I doubled my cals and managed to double a lot of my lifts. Mind you I'd been lifting for 20 yrs already w/o much guidance - just enjoyed lifting and never really learned how to leverage diet for specific goals other than perpetually "trying to lose weight" as most girls.

    In the mean time if you are potentially looking to start cycling, regardless of your age I'd still tell you to spend at least a couple months researching "how to cycle". Check out the stickies for "beginner cycles" and understand PCT. And then ask questions.
