I always recommend the starting point for adex at 0.5mg eod.

GMO beat me to it. EOD with adex has worked for me before.

I've needed as much as .5mg adex ED when on test+dbol. .25mg ED is pretty standard for me though, I would definitely bump it up to .25ED or .5EOD

That should work. If it's just puffy nipples then 40mg a day of nolvadex should work too. use until resolved then stop.

IMO 20mg or even 10mg of nolva would be sufficient, here are three studies using low dose tamoxifen and it seems 10mg is very close to or equally effective as 30-40mg

Effects of low-dose tamoxifen on breast cancer biomarkers Ki-67, estrogen and progesterone receptors
Is Low-Dose Tamoxifen Useful for the Treatment and Prevention of Breast Cancer?
Effects of low dose tamoxifen on normal breast ... [Eur J Cancer. 2003] - PubMed - NCBI

These studies were done on breast cancer patients, but tamox seems to be just as effective at preventing the growth of breast tissue at lower doses
