Well I don't live it, and I shouldn't necessarily be preaching anything. I'm a catholic, and I'm thankful for what the Lord has given me throughout this life, and I continue to give him praise. I also continue to ask him to forgive me for my sins, cause I sin every day of my life. That's probably why I pray everyday of my life? Other than that, I'm by far an Angel.

Wow guys ... wow guys i thought women were doing that kinda of crap talking about each other..... wow !!!!
Ok you all need to cool out this guy is asking for some advise and you guys stop ragging on him who cares how tall he is give him your 2 cents and leave the bitchy session alone.
My advise to him is if you are a boxer you should be showing abs anyway cause the type of training you do . So you don't need test and all that gear what you need to do is eat, eat clean , but do a lot of heavy training watch your body add cardio if you need to. With your height and 27 i don't see why you can be 150 easy and look cut and good!!should not be any problem getting the job done.!!!! I am 5' 5 and weigh more than you do and i have probably more muscle than you do but i eat clean and work my ACE hard
My Motto is " TRAIN HARD TO LEAVE YOUR DNA ON THE GYM FLOOR" that puts size on without depend on a lot of gear! Good luck to you!!! PEACE OUT![]()

post diet
"MY NAME IS SUE, HOW DO YOU DO? NOW YOU GONNA DIE!!!!!"

Yeah, everybody loves to fucking hate. But that's fine, cause I'm getting good advice that's helping me strategically plan better for the future.
I have been a boxer for 14 years. I'm very talented in the sport. I filed for divorce last January, and since then have been working on body building opposed to spending time boxing. I'm on my 2nd cycle now, and it has benefited me a great deal. I use to drink allot and use narcotics, but aas and weightlifting have helped me become even more of a health freak than I have been in the past due to numerous sports I have played in the past.
I've only been lifting serious less than a year now. I checked my weight this morning and I was at 145lbs. I'm not use to being this heavy, due to the Aas, but I'm just trying to continue to gain muscle and lose any fat I have. A year ago I was fighting 123lbs for boxing. I'll never give up on boxing, but for now, its about getting lean/big.
Im pretty sure I'm going to compete in my first physique competition this up coming May. My diet has been based around a yo yo diet throughout my life with boxing. Working on sticking to eggs, and oatmeal. Protein bars, and shakes. Lean meats and vegetables. My diet becomes poor, then when I have something to work for /photo shoot/boxing match etc. it seems to be on point. Part of being lazy and enjoying food the wrong ways. Work in progress.
I've hit 150lbs already, but to anybody who has restricted calories/water for something to show in or compete in, you can lose strength and weight very fast. Being able to juggle that whole process, so you don't have to restrict food and water to look perfect/make a weight can become very frustrating and hard when all's you want to do IS GET BIGGER and GET STRONGER.
Oh, I changed my mind again and I am going to post cycle. 1 kid with 1 x wife might not be enough for me
It's funny that your from Arizona as I'm flying to Scottsdale on December 1st through the 6th. I have a shoot on the 3rd. You are semi right about depending on the gear. But, unless you can control it, it starts to take over your life. But thanks to every bodies good advice on here particularly, (GMO) I have a plan that hopefully won't fuck me over!
Time to go eat a light Turkey plate with not too much gravy. Even know I want to purge like the majority of Americans will do today.(maybe I will, fuck it) What's more important. looking good or feeling good? not starving myself yet, have a good week till I have to have my abs showing again.![]()
It's a hate/love relationship half the time with this damn stuff.
Thanks hooper

You don't need gear, you can easily put on another 15lbs naturally, no offense. You should eat more and train harder.
Also, don't cruise unless you plan to cruise for the rest of your life. If you don't take time off from AAS, your body will get used to not producing testosterone and never recover.

I am baffled by this entire thread......

Holy shit just saw this. GMO every religion preaches moderation.
And how do you know what my education level is? I didn't know we knew each other that well. Ill let you start with schooling me first.
What is your definition of holiness? What do the holy people of our time past and present teach? And why do in almost every religion preach the "middle way". What are they talking about? Could you possibly apply it to every endevour in life? Or just the "holy" aspect's of life. Which part's of life are holy and which are not?
