    Fat Guy, 1st cycle

Hey guys, I have read about a dozen posts on here but figured in the end personal advice is always best.

I am 24 yrs old, 5'-9", and 205 lbs and right at 20% body fat. I started a gym routine about 2 months ago to start getting in shape. Well now I am in and devoted I would really like to see my bigger muscle gains. But at the same time need to cut some fat.

I have read a few things about your first cycle being the one you show the most gains with and to make it a Test cycle of some sort. I was leaning towards 9 week cycle of Sustanon 250. I was thinking 250 mg for the first 3 weeks, 500 for 2nd 3 weeks and ending with 250 for last 3 weeks. Doing once weekly injections. The only side effects I was very concerned about were the gyno and baldness. I was wondering on opinions on this first cycle and what kind of post cycle treatment would be best. Anything would be great and thanks ahead of time.

2 months and you want to hit the juice? No bro, 99% of us here (who have a clue) have been hitting the gym for several years before we started to use.

Train for a while longer, and cut your bf% down as much as you can. AAS is not for you right now....I know that's not what you want to hear, but most everyone will tell you the same thing.

I read alot of posts where you respond Victor and you have very sound advice, I will take it to heart and put it off till I cut down my BF... I just have a few close friends that juice, and they have been on my ass to get on it with them...And peer pressure is a bitch...lol... I have changed my diet alot, and am hitten the gym hard 4-5 days a week doing weights and cardio... So in the mean time I will keep reading up on these forums to learn some more, and post a new thread in when I get my BF down to 10-15%...Thanks for the lookout though man

I agree I was in the gym for 13 years before i even though about juice. it some tempting and I understand wanting to jump on the gravy train. Odds are at 24 with 20% body fat if you hit the gym hard for the next 6-7 months and diet is decent at all your gains will be great.

if you do decide to go with a test cycle i would say drop the sust if you want once weekly injections and pick up some test e or c start with 300 a week and then to 500. I say test e or c because of the 1/2 life. Sus at least 1/2 of the esters are short half life esters not making it ideal for once weekly injections. make sure you have some AI on hand and novla just in case. be smart please do your research. Listen to the guys on this board they are smart and will not steer you wrong.

Definitely get your diet dialed in and hit the gym for at least another 6 months, you will make great gains as a beginner even without juice. Training is the easy part though, that part's fun... it's the diet that will feel like work lol. Figure out your maintenance calories and just work your way down from there, by the time you get your bf% you should have a good feel for your routine, made some good strength gains etc. THEN maybe consider a cycle

Edit: there's an excellent sticky on the previous page, "first cycle and pct" that will give you a good start on your research. If you should decide to jump into something now at least read that

    This^^^

I trained for 9 years before hitting the juice...

Also, cycling with a high BF% puts you at risk for several undesirable side effects (ie. gynomastia, estrogen rebound, cholesterol and blood pressure issues, etc...).

Bro, if your friends are hounding you to get on a cycle then that needs to change...

I just talked to a buddy today who three years ago got in with some buddies while going through training.
It wasn't lethal or bad but they basically all got one 10iu bottle of GH, and made it last 6 weeks some how... It was completely pointless, and dumb as fuck...

Like Victor said... Get the BF down, get some lifting under your belt, a good diet, and a ton of research.
Just go through and read the stickies, then start surfing through the threads for a while as you get some lifting experience.

At this point, you don't even know how to train correctly, let alone eat correctly to make cycling worth it. 3-4 years of solid training for me before I even considered AAS.

Reps for taking our advice, bro. Sadly, many do not and suffer the consequences. Then we have to help them when they come back and post their problems. You are taking the intelligent path.

if there are on your ass about getting on I might question my friendship. If they are experienced they would not be giving you that advice! There are people you meet that take it but dont have a clue! Stick with working out and in 1 year if you are still hitting it and have dropped some BF then look at a simple cycle.

Reps for being a gentleman and making the correct decision. Most noobs come here with an attitude as if they know everything and everything. We advise them what's best for them....they don't like the advice and tell us to go fuck ourselves.

Put the time and effort into your training and work on your diet, and in 6 months time you'll have a solid foundation. Talk juice when that time comes brother. Stay safe...and smart.
