Put up some pics, weight only tells so much maybe the op is the most jacked 140lber ever. I'd stick with just test and an oral if you haven't ran test yet. Cyp or e for 12 weeks is what I'd run. My 1st cycle was:
Dbol weeks 1-4 varying 30-50mg
test e weeks 1-8 500mg 8-12 750mg.
I adjusted doses as I went to keep gains coming but I am 5'10 and was well over 200 when I ran that.

Have squat, barbell bench #s? Are these 1 Rep maxes? Imo you still have plenty of natty gains left but if you want to cycle by all means its your choice to do so.

I dont free weight squat I use a machine which doesn't compare
Bench last time I benched barbell was 225x3
Natty gains were non existent for 6 months and I tried everything in the book
That'll really hold you back, squatting will build your posterior chain and bring your deadlift way up. I'm not bashing your numbers because I don't know what its like to be your size or have your condition but I'd get them up and squat for God's sake before I'd invest in roids

I used to do it but the machine is safer when alone if ya feel me
I squat around 400 on legs day alone and haven't had an injury yet. I have no gym partner either so I know where you're coming from. Plus I lift in a "fitness" gym and can't ask a cardio bunny to spot me as much as I'd like to. It gets scary jerking 100lb dumbbells over my head for military but that's not gonna stop me from doing them.
