I think you'd be safe to tell the doctor as a civilian, but your picture shows you in the military. I'm pretty sure if you go to a military doctor then the confidentiality laws aren't the same and they can tell your commander if you're on roids.

Ok They was going to cut me open and let it drain but he suck the most of it out. Gave me pain meds and anitbloics. His said that am lucky it didn't spread out in the muscle he said its more then like the gear I told the truth. And he told me not to do AAS. And I sould see a console a drug addiction counsler yea ok

Somewhat of a standard protocol bro. Anytime a patient comes and has possible drug usage, we always want to refer them for counseling.
Also I'm sure they took cultures, we're you able to get the results by any chance?

Yea will post they said it was steroid they also said some scar tissue or scar muscle I didn't understand it. But feel better.

Yeah, you would know for sure if you had an infection the last 4-5 weeks. It would be obvious. Probably caused from a recent water based injection.

Go to a civilian doctor.
If you have a good friend with a med MOS, go in for a visit, and have them work their input magic. It will keep the service from finding out if he inputs a faux reason for the visit.
