Red face Help- Dizziness from super dmz

On 10th day of cycle. Getting bad headaches and dizziness is sometimes crazy(more like vertigo).

Anyone went through this, what to take to prevent these effects.

high blood pressure. drink more water and take some baby aspirin to help thin the blood. same thing happened to me while trying anadrol, felt very light headed and dizzy. drinking more water fixed it. get in at least 1-1.5 gallons of fluids a day.

I'm saying BP also. Also up the fluids and check your nutrition. Headaches and dizziness/vertigo is not normal.

Getting blood check done now. If i stop cycle as of now on 10th day do I need to take 10 day pct and clomid?

I kept insisting multi vitamins lol, but doc talked me into it and checked dmz info and gave good lecture not to take roids.

Bro are you taking aspirin? I assume you upped water intake but that will help. Have you stopped the dmz and you're still dizzy?

I have just started to take aspirin to protect the heart. I have stayed away from the stuff and remain dizzy. This is day 13th. I just came out ER and they found nothing in my lungs, heart, brain and blood, my BP is good. I look good, but always dizzy.

    Thanks!

What about labs? How much water are you taking in? If you can afford it, you should go see a specialist. Being dizzy is a symptom of some underlying problem, not a disease itself.

Labs were good. Nothing wrong showed up. Dr said part of the Benzyl may have gone through a vein and my nervous system is irritated?. I was put under vertigo meds, they help just a little. They also gave me a B12 shot.

Yea thats rough OP. I would get bouts of dizziness but it would be brief and would go away as soon as I ate. Make sure you are getting adequate water and sleep. I just finished up my first SDMZ run and bridged it into my cut cycle.

Sat was my last day of SDMZ and although I got great gains, im not going to lie Im def glad Im off it now. That shit is def no joke and the entire time I just didnt feel right.

Overall some people just respond differently to different compounds. I noticed it messed with my heart a bit as well as wicked bad back pumps if I ran for my cardio.
