    First Cycle Results! (stats,measurements, & pics)

    Finished Product

    First and for most, I would like to thank Uncle Z for allowing me to partake in the wonderful challenge. I would also like to thank all the competitors for providing motivation throughout this competition. Heavy,BigBen,Chucky, and VB you guys are all wonderful people and I thank you for giving me the motivation to be competitive and build a great physique. A job well done to all of you!

    Starting Stats:
    Height: 6’0 ft
    Weight: 210 lbs
    Body Fat: 12-14%
    Bench: 315 lbs
    Squat: 405 lbs
    Deadlift: 455 lbs

    Before Measurements:
    Arms: 16.5 in
    Shoulders: 54 in
    Chest: 44 in
    Waist: 32 in
    Legs:25 in
    Calves: 15 in

    Ending Measurements:
    Arms: 17.5 in +1 in
    Shoulders: 55 in +1 in
    Chest: 46 in +2 in
    Waist: 32 in (stayed the same!)
    Legs:27 +2 in
    Calves: 15.5 in +.5 in

    Everything grew! Although, I'm not sure how I gained 2 inches on my chest and 1 in on my shoulders? I guess my chest responded really well. I'll take it!

    Ending Stats:
    Height: 6’0 ft
    Weight: 221 lbs +11-12 lbs !
    Body Fat: 12-14%
    Bench: 365 lbs +50 lbs !
    Squat: 5x405 lbs + max x 4 reps!
    Deadlift: 2x500 lbs +45 lbs x 2 reps!


    Previous cycle history:
    NONE. This was my very first cycle.

    Goals:
    My goals were to provide useful information for FIRST TIME users and to gain as much LBM as possible while staying the same body fat %. I believe I achieve my goals. It's been a couple weeks since I was on gear and I have not lost a single pound! I believe I motivated many users. I truly showed what a first cycle will do to many users that have descent genetics, diet, and training.

    I also kept a detail log of my weight training to the T. I continuously posted motivation videos for everyone and gave the people and insight on my personal life. In addition, I posted some of my meals and what ingredients I used to make them!

    First Cycle Information:
    The Added Frill Beginner

    1-10 Test E 500mg/wk ( Inject 2 x Per Week ie; Mon/Thurs )
    1-5 Dbol 40mg/ed
    1-10 .5ml Arimidex e/d

    PCT
    12-13 Clomid 75mg/ed
    14-15 Clomid 50mg/ed

    Uncle Z Products:
    Testosterone Enanthate 250mg/ml - 10ml Vial x 2 Vials
    Dbol 10mg Tabs - 50 Tabs x 3 packs
    Clomid 50mg Tabs - 50 Tabs x 1 pack

    I'm half way through my pct. I do not foresee me loosing any weight. I lost a few lbs in the beginning but that's expected, hopefully it was just some water.

    yeah, it's hard to make a huge transformation in 10 weeks when you are trying to GAIN muscle while hold the same bodyfat. Although I did not win the Uncle Z competition I think I did well.

    Great job man. Awesome results. Peptides, especially GHRP-6 are very helpful when it comes to retaining gains during PCT. It greatly increases appetite.
