    second cycle experienced opionions needed!

Im about to start my second test cycle. My first was 300mg a week of cyp and i put on around 18 pounds in a 8 week cycle. For my next cycle i was thinking about doing this.

Week 1-17 400mg test split into two shots
week 1-16 400mg Eq split into two shots
    Then pct for 4 weeks

    Diet
    First meal

    2 cups oatmeal
    1 Large banana
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    1 scoop whey
    1 cup blueberries

    Post workout

    2 scoops whey
    4 tbls natural honey

    Lunch

    1 cup oatmeal
    2 cups green peas
    1 cup egg whites
    1/2 cup cottage cheese

    Afternoon meal
6 0z of Chicken or venison
    4 fish oil tabs
    8 oz. of broccoli

    Dinner

6 oz. of chicken or venison
    4 fish oil tabs
    8 oz. of broccoli

    Pre bed meal
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 scoop whey
    1 raw egg
    2 1/2 cups of spinach

What do you guys think. Will this set up yield some good solid gains? Thought about running 500 of test but since im new i dont want to start off big and im a believer of more is not always better. If i feel the need i might bump the test up to 500 around week 9. Any comments or opinions would greatly be appreciated.

sounds like you respond well to low doses of gear, so this should be a good cycle for you. diet looks solid. Are you using an AI?

also, what are your cycle goals? If you are just looking for mass, I would go with test/dbol, test/deca, or test/deca/dbol, depending on your comfort level.

Eq is way too mild to be ran at 400mg, imo 600mg+. I'm on 600 right now and I barely feel anything from it.

No AI, if i need one i can get one quick, just have to hit up my source. I already have the EQ and Test. Test is cyp again. My goals are lean mass. Not sure on what to expect in LBs wise.

I would consider running the EQ for 20 wks to get the full results from it also it seems from what I have read that the sweet spot for EQ is 600 per wk. If you are going to consider this then you also need to make sure you run your test for at least 2 wks after your last shot of EQ.

P.S. What type of Test are you running? Because if it is a long ester there is no reason to stick yourself more than you need to. Once per wk with a long ester will work good, then you can hit your EQ at the end of the wk to break up the shots. = 2 shots per wk instead of 4. Much better IMO.

I'm an athlete not really a bodybuilder, although I love bodybuilding. I'm not big either, I'm 6"1 around 198 ~10-14%bf.

16 weeks is on the low end for EQ, but it will be fine. I usually feel its effects by weeks 8-9.

As far as diet is concerned, make sure you are taking in 3500-4000 cals or so and keep your Macros (Carb/Pro/Fat) balance at 50/30/20 or 40/40/20, dependent upon your metabolism. Just by glancing over your diet, it doesn't look as though you have enough fat, but I could be wrong. Check out Fitday.com to see what your macros are.

Also, egg yolks have most of the protein and vitamins of an egg...eat those bitches, especially during a bulk.

So GMO you think the dose is fine then, I guess i could always bump it up if im not seeing anything. I just gained so much from my first run of only 300 test and didnt want to go sky high if i didnt have too.

You're using 4x scoops of whey protein in your diet. You could easily replace that or even ADD whole foods to get the missing 100 g of protein. Beef, chicken, fish, eggs, all have high protein.

Maybe just try and use the 2x scoops of protein of 50gs post workout and for the other two scoops replace it with whole food.

I know for me I only grow on foods. I can pound 5 shakes a day and it is not nearly as effective as 2-3 extra whole meals.

Doses seem ok imo. I'm running test eq currently at 600mg/week each. I agree on the diet. I'd eat whole eggs and increase your portions of meat per meal. Diet will determine your gains.

Looks like you don't have much solid whole food protein source until thatched afternoon meal. I'd throw some chicken post workout and whole eggs with breakfast.

I would start the EQ at 600mg...you can still run your test at 400mg.

I would run it at 400/600...600mg is the minimum I recommend for EQ.
