I'm looking for a completely different, never something I've tried and this looks like it may it. Hopefully resulting in some size put on (mostly want gains in arm size).
Now, i'm not bulking and it seems this is what a lot of people use GVT for, will I be okay while on a cut?
I'm hoping that I can add to my gains i've already made, and bring lagging areas or body parts that haven't grown much up to par and I figure fueled with test I should be able to do this program.
Anyone do GVT while on cycle?

Ah yes GVT. During my very first cycle I was experimenting with GVT. The gains were definitely there, but my only problem with it was the time I was in the gym. 10 sets of 10 isn't a joke. At first you feel pathetic because you are using 60% of your 1RM which is bitch weight, but by the last set you are sucking. Sometimes I was there for over an hour which is a huge no-no for me. But I figured, "hey I'm geared" and bob's your uncle.
On the other hand my routine wasn't designed like the one in the link you posted (chest / back? , legs/abs, etc...). My routines are always designed around basic movements instead of muscle groups per se.

First day was today, I didn't sweat a ton but I was drinking water like crazy. By the 5th set I was like holy hell! I'm hoping this gives me the jump I need, stacked on top of running/walking and biking after my workouts.

When I ran this my training partner was running recomping instead of bulking like I was and his results were awesome. He didn't have a noticeable loss in size and his strength went up just as much as mine did if not more.
I'm just hoping for some growth I've been looking for in some areas lagging that haven't changed much.

I couldn't tell you exactly how long the workout took me, because I do about 25-30 minutes of cardio after. Trust me, at first the 90 second breaks seem stupid, they won't after 5 sets!
