Hey guys,

I'm about 2the thirds of the way through my first cycle and am starting to think about my second bulking cycle.

I am 54 yo 180 lbs ....up from 165 pre cycle with a goal of 190-200 lbs.
Diet is very clean. Supplements are whey protein isolate about 175 grams a day...creatine pre and post workout.

Wk 1-4. Dianabol 50 ed
Wk 1-12 Test 400 e3d
Wk 1-12 Deca 300 e6d
PCT in order.....very little sides 1st cycle

Workout 2 days on 1 off 1 day on 1 off 1 on 1 off no cardiovascular except briefly in warm up.
I'm in week 10 right now and I might extend to 14 weeks.

Anyone with advice on second cycle ? I have plenty of test e 250 so I'd like to work that in. Advice or recommendations on reliable domestic supplyer ? Mine has disappeared from this board.
