    Ok ppl be nice to me I have never posted anything before but have read and respected all your opinions. Soo I am getting great results by doing tren e 100mg ed/prop 100mg ed. I have increased my chest by 8in and arms by 2.75in in an awesome 7weeks so far. I will be going a full 12 weeks before I take A break for equal time maybe A little more like 16 weeks. But I am having A bit of confusion, I thought that the tren/prop combo would help keep the water retention,boating and fat down but I have not noticed too much except I am getting alot bigger, and the comments of others around me have been saying soo. Yeah to me for going hard!! But really no major differences around the waistline???? my diet is A little different cause I am doing A new thing to me, which is to eat small meals ever 3 hours (soo hard) but doing it. so I am wondering if there is something I am missing here pls help ppl and remember dont hold back I want honest answers .

    We need your stats, what AI you're taking, and please don't tell me you aren't running an AI w/700 mg of test prop.

    stats are 6'1 256lb, 29.8 bf 43.8mm and 44.2ww and no as of right now I am not running any ai but will soon with some arm and clom

    Ok I get it about the ai but that is not what I am asking lets not get off track here I am asking bout the question at hand. I appreciate the other advice but not what I am looking for soo lets get back to the original question pls

    Bro, I think exphysiologist88 pointed you in the direction to get your answer. I'm assuming he wanted you to read the Sticky to find your own answers.

    The AI will keep the water retention down, and with that much Prop in your system, you will have some. Are you taking any Caber along with the Tren?

    why arent you running tren ace? theres no point to be pinning tren e everyday..take the advice exphysiologist88 gave you..i would get an ai and some prami asap..700mg tren and 700mg test is extremely high dosing..other than that you should post your diet and have some vets help you out if you arent losing fat. goodluck man

    whatever ester of test you run you will hold water and some fat at 700 mg/wk. the ai will help alot with this. second the comment about too frequent dosing with tren e. most people pair short esters together hence tren a with test prop. you must have built up a very high blood level by now of the tren e. we would need much more info about your diet trainng etc to answer this in detail and i will defer to the experts. just a few thoughts. aas are not magic- diet, cardio and training have much more to do with 29.8 % bf than the type of gear you are running.

    It's really difficult to notice fat loss if you're bloated, that's my point. And, losing fat is 70% diet and 30% training. I can't stress that enough. If someone is dieting and the weight remains the same, then they're in caloric balance and need to tip it towards a calorie deficit. For me to lose weight, I have to go to bed hungry 5 nights a week. Not everyone is like that, but I am for whatever reason.

    True, Tren tends to recomp me very effectively.

    But, Its possible youre using a bunk AI. Which company or brand are you using?

    I think exphysio hit it right on the head already this new diet of eating every 3 hours is killing me I have never gotten good results before eating more food but with all the hype of eating more frequently balanced meals I thought I would give it A go I have always been on a deficit and like you went to bed hungry and have had awesome results but at this coloric intake I am right where I should be and not getting the awesome results I am used to,still getting incredible gains but the weight is not dropping at speed I know I can acheive...so as for my stats besides the eating they are as follows

    mon,tues,thurs,sat start with 30mins cardio and follow with weight training for 1.5 hours down to the pool do 10 laps and jump into the steam room for 20 to ice shower back into room for another 10 mins back to ice shower and done then continue with regular daily stuff so hopefully that will help a bit
