    Tore Delt - or something

Long story short, pulled/tore something in my delt/chest/arm pit area and by my bicep bruised up. Can move everthing but with a limited range of motion (can't raise my left arm above my head much like doing a pullup without pain). Its getting better since it happend last week. Bruise is going away, but still ugly.

I'm 4 weeks into an 8 week prop cycle - up about 6lbs. Would you guys stay on cycle and just work around the injury, or stop the test, start pct, and save the prop as a jumpstart for my next cycle (cyp and eq)?

I cant tell you how serious your injury is. But if its going to effect your ability to workout most of your upper body for an extended period of time then I would stop.

Its not too bad. Doesnt really hurt much but Im guessing at least 1-2 weeks before i can safely do any upper body. I think im gonna finish off my current bottle of prop (maybe 2mls) and start pct.
Come Feb i should be good to go to start my 16 week cyp and eq cycle.

Thanks guys. Guess Ill start PCT in a couple of days. I've only got about a ml of prop left on my current bottle so I'll finish it off tonight. I dont think the injury is that bad, its getting better and my range of motion gets a little better each day. Just little tightness/pain if I try to stretch my arm above my head. I know I wont be able to hit chest or shoulders any time soon though...totally sucks, but oh well.

Pain in my armpit but my bicep is what bruised. My pec also swole up with fluid (kinda liked it, wish it was alwys that big). Pic is from today...incident happened 7 days ago.
