    Nope. Just like a cheat day - the body can accommodate a lot if it has a consistent and optimized environment to function in. Just don't recommend you do it regularly. Just like random cheats will negate all the dieting & cardio you can stand.

    One single shot of liquor? Nah, I wouldnt think so but I dont know the science behind it. Ethanol is not a friend of the body thats for sure.

    a few shots wont hurt, but like anything moderation. On cycle i stay away from alchoal. If you are on ORALS, like Dbol i would strongly sugest staying away from it.
