    First cycle in 13 years

    I am getting back into BB after a 13 year break (won't go into why). I have been lifting for about a week now and I'll continue for the next 6 months and then I want to do a 10 week cycle. My first cycle back in 1998 I had super crazy results stacking Sust 250 and Deca. I put on 40 lbs of which 25 stuck. I currently am at 260lbs, 6'1, 27%bf, lean muscle mass of 190lbs. Any suggestions on what I should do this go around?

    Gotta cut brother, I'd shave that bf down into the teens before I hit it. Then I'd run some test e/c with an oral kicker. I'd do 12 weeks minimum on the test with 4-6 weeks Max on a kick start. Check the stickies at the top for some cookie-cutter layouts and protocols.

    10 weeks is fine if you're set on that I just prefer longer unless I were running short estered gear

    Yeah, I agree with the BF suggestion and that is my plan. I think I can shave it down to about 16-17%, loosing about 30lb bf and putting on about 5-6 lbs of lean muscle.

    It is difficult to tell you what you should do 6 months from now based on your current stats.

    Work on diet and training and come back in 6 months with updated stats and labwork and then the advice will be much more applicable.

    Personally if you are still 6 months or so out, I would see how my body was responding naturally for the first 3-4 months.....and then decide if your going to need to continue cutting, or if you are going to want to bulk.

    I'd just go ahead and secure my test, AI, and pct.

    Then once you know which direction that you're going to want to go....then get the other gear.

    Train naturally for about 4-5 months, then think about juice, you have a lot of natural gains to bring back and you'll change fast in this time without any juice.

    Also, cut down to 14-15% bf AT LEAST before cycling. More propensity for side effects at higher body fat.

    I don't care if you were Mr. Olympia, your question is "what should I do 6 months from now? Here are my current stats..."

    Your stats will (I would hope) change between now and then. That makes a big difference. The kind of work you put in now will also affect what you will take then.

    Work hard, eat to attain your goals, and in 5 months get bloodwork done. Come back here and post your stats and what you want to achieve at that point moving forward. Then we can assist you.

    If this is not acceptable then inject as much deca and tren as you can, chew on winny like tic tacs and invest in SEO's.
