    The woman's cycle thread

I would really like to know what women use for cycling. I have been reading extensively and I keep getting mixed up answers.*

I would only appreciate the veterans advice on this only! In other words, I don't want " I thinks", I want "I knows"!

These cycles should be designed and categorized by-*

-Purpose such as cutting weight, getting lean, bulking, pre competition, etc
-User tolerance such as beginner, intermediate, pro,*
-please include a full pct protocol and/or oct if needed
    -length duration
    -tapering*
    - whether the posted cycle will cause user virilization symptoms

    What I am looking for-

I want my wife to shed some weight while doing a strength workout routine to get her into a shape such as fit and strong but not muscular or extremely vascular- some muscle is good though such as a swimmer or gymnast build. To further illustrate, Rhona Mitri in the movie doomsday or Hilary swank in million dollar baby.*

Thanks guys for all the help

Newbies usually go 10mg anavar daily for 8-10 weeks. Might add T3 or Clen but its best to dial in diet and training before running any meds.

I have extensively interviewed female users and overseen cycles for national level ladies to gym rats. Drugs are the smallest part of how a woman meets her goals unless she does not give a shit about sides then the drugs can make a pretty big difference but obviously your wife does not want to push it.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of stims either. I do like caffeine though.

    Is she hypo thyroid?

She takes armor thyroid for the time being but she is most likely getting off of it. She tried using metformen but it did next to nothing for her.

I would keep the thyroid meds going and add anavar. No PCT is needed.

Not to be a shit, but if she's used the stuff, she needs to know what it is called. Clenbuterol. Not "clem".

Please read this: Women and Drugs

It should answer all your questions. Very briefly:

DO NOT STACK THINGS SHE'S NEVER USED INDIVIDUALLY.
If anything, as a newb the ONLY thing she should be fucking with is anavar. That cycle is described in the article. Nothing else stacked. Also please read the sides very thoroughly. There are no guarantees on the sides she may experience and she needs to be very aware of the impact to her menstrual cycle. This is all described in the article linked.

Next thing - She has no business cycling anything if her diet & training aren't already in place and FUNCTIONING. If you say she tried this & that and it didn't work - that's just an uninformed way of saying her diet & training suck. Please have that in order first. If she doesn't have that in place, throwing in drugs as well are just going to make her "thick" w/ acne and a stopped period. Any supplement is only going to be a supplement to an already working diet, cardio, training program. Nothing is going to do the heavy lifting if the foundation pieces aren't already working.

Women do not need PCT. Whatever you think you understand about men and cycles does not translate to women because the primary hormone involved is not being suppressed. PCT is only needed for a very experienced, very frequent and very aggressively cycling female.

I am not very experienced with many different cycles but I have tried anavar last year and had to quit a week in because it was causing severe abdominal pain and nausea. I have UC and my stomach and digestive track is sensitive to drugs. This year I am running primobolin depot 50mg/week and albuterol every other week. I am 4 weeks in with no negative side effects. I am noticing an increase in my sex drive and strength gains. So far I really like it. I can't wait to see the progress in the weeks to come.

An increase in your sex drive? Perfect - my wife starts her Primo next month; I can't wait, lol. She's been running Var at 20mg ED for the past 8 weeks. Leaned out bigtime. Tightened in the upper thighs, stomach and ass. No adverse sides as of this point. Her libido has been up and down but a little more up than usual. I imagine it will be even more "up" on the Primo.
