    Hey guys here is some info before i get into my cycle.

    I have been training for 7 years, I was a provincial powerlifting record holder back in high school in 2003 I was 120 pounds 17 yrs old then and sometimes i was ligther. I am 25 and have done two cycles.

    Eric LandyCanadian Powerlifting Union it was the 2003 Atlantic Open powerlifting and bench press championship.Anyway i am now 165 5'4" and around 14% bf.

    My cycle is as goes.

    Test E 1-5 500mgs/wk
    6-9 625mgs/wk
    10-12 750mgs/wk if sides are tolerable

    1-10 Eq 400mgs/wk
    1-4 Dbol 40mgs/wk
    12.5 aromasin daily through cycle, nolva on hand also.
    500iu HCG twice weekly.
    ************************************************** **************
    PCT
    Days 1-16 while ester clears 1000iu eod if nuts are good.
    100/100/100/50 Clomid(50 twice a day for weeks 1-3)
    20/20/20/12.5 Aromasin

    Other supps
    Vit c
    Liv 52

    Eq for 10 weeks is not gonna do much for you. It needs to be ran at least 14+ and 400mg is too low. How about this revised cycle:

    1-4 dbol 40mg (you may go 6 weeks, a lot of people like dbol for 6 weeks, it's up to you)
    1-9 test e 500mg 10-17 test e 750mg
    1-16 eq 600mg
    hcg
    Pct two weeks after last inj
    Clomid 100/100/75/75/50
    Aromasin 25/25/25/12.5/12.5

    ^^ this looks good. I like 6 weeks dbol myself. And you will want to up the test towards the end as your body gets accustomed to the 500mg and will stall your gains.
