From experience:
1. Keep antihistamines on hand and take them preventatively, don't wait until you're covered in the worst rash you've ever seen in your life like I did. I would suggest something like claritin in the day and benadryl at night.
2. I wouldn't suggest going over 200mg a day if things are expected of you. I had some time off for work, and 400mg crippled me. 200mg was bad enough. Of course, if you can tolerate more, go for it.
3. Don't expect to get great workouts in, just force yourself to go to the gym and get a quick pump workout in. 2 weeks of poor workouts won't destroy your phsique. Even taking 2 weeks off wouldn't do that.
4. The claims of 1/2 lb of fat loss a day are completely legitimate, I can attest to that. Anything more than that might be wishful thinking, but DNP is the real deal.
I can't wait until the spring. I plan on running DNP and clen together for the first time.

Bodybuilding is about learning to maximally contract a muscle. It is not about lifting weight. The best bodybuilders in the world are that way because they can contract their muscle harder than you, NOT because they lift more.

Gawd I love DNP.
Stay hydrated, I usually drink 3 gallons of water a day while on it.
A fan is your best friend on DNP, keep one close if you can.
Dont up your dose too quickly, it takes awhile to build up in your system.

I'm 5'11" 190 and don't know my BF percent just can tell you I have a 4 pack with a ring completely around the bottom and my back I was ripped in August and I quit lifting due to a new job and became a gluttonist fat bastard eating anything and everything in site! I work 18hrs a day so I only get45mins at the gym I've been taking axio CXY3 ED and way more than it says to with no feelings that I've even taken it no jitters no shakes no energy nothing! Thats what I got for ya vibrant, oh my diet is pretty good too its tuna, scrambled egg whites salmon packs beef jerky and steak strips! I do normally shred down pretty easy and quick but thats with a lil more gym time and the furious heat of the south which I just moved west and its cold as fuck!
How about you post what you know, and if you have someone who has ran DNP to help you? It isn't to be fucked with. It literally is a poison that basically works by poisoning your cells so your mitochondria speed up creating heat... (I made this very brief and left out tons of info). Not saying don't do it, just suggesting doing some serious research. I can help you out, but throw up more info on here man.

I basically just know what you said and there is no irreversing an overdose buts its supposedly the best there is! Have you tried clen before? How about a eca stack for fat loss? I've never used dnp and dont plan to use it to be honest. From what I've read on it and I researched it quite a bit, it's some dangerous shit.

If you work 18 hours a day and still go to the gym I wouldn't mess with DNP at all, your body is already under way too much stress. With your stats if you feel like a "fat bastard" I think you need to look at some other things first, you can't possibly be that chunky.

Like Mudge said above me... You shouldn't be doing DNP with that long of a workday. First off because of the stress on your body. Secondly you may not be able to work 5 hours let alone 18. DNP isn't for someone who has to go perform at a job. If you work in a heated environment where you aren't getting enough water, then you just screwed your body for life. Gym time isn't a kill it time. It is basically a low key maintain time, because you can have some serious issues from over-exerting. Supps... Take you normal multi-vits... Cranberry juice/pomegranate/ or blueberry. Have pedialyte on hand. This will give your body some much needed nutrients. I would drink half a bottle post-workout. Bananas, other fruits/vegs high in potassium. You can get away with a basic ECA stack, or go get bronkaid/caffine/reg aspr. Bronkaid has 25mg ephedrine if I remember correctly. DO NOT DO A LOT OF CARDIO... This can raise your core temp to fatal levels. Always keep a thermometer on hand so you can watch yourself. You will also want to inform a few trusted people around you what you're doing so they can assist in an emergency and know what to say. I do not recommend DNP for you by any means. I actually hope you stay away from it and lean more towards clen/t3, or another stack. You obviously don't have the schedule that is conducive to running it, and you need to do a lot more research. With things that can result in fatality you should also have fully informed/knowledgeable people around in case of an emergency. I have my wife studying slin protocols, and the signs of hypoglycemia so when I run it she can assist in the case of an emergency. I also am having her do the same for my second run with DNP in the future... Don't be anxious and fuck yourself. Start with another compound for the time being.

Well I'm taking T3 and clen now thats axios CXY3 but I don't feel shit from it nor do I see any results and I'm not that chunky just a ring around my waistline! I also don't do shit at my 18hr job its just long hours I take a power nap here and there in the truck but my job isn't hard manual labor I'm an etech and The most I do is walk from one spot to another just to check if things are ok I feel like this is y I'm not in the shape I was 3 months ago is due to inactivity but the long hrs are still exhausting i have to make myself go to gym for only 30 to 45 mins! I'm on a 2week on 1 week off schedule and already have the DNP on hand my 1 week off starts monday so I was gonna try just 2 weeks and tuff it out the 2nd week at work

If you have it on hand then you're going to do it obviously. That's like having a HOT naked chick already whipping your junk out and then begging her to stop... Just not going to happen. Be smart, start out light. Load up on electrolytes prior to starting, and then keep pounding them. If you're going to the gym, look into something called "SaltStick". It is for endurance athletes primarily yet phenomenal at getting you those needed minerals...etc... Sleep with an Ice pack near by, you may wake up with your head on fire brother. Keep your cardio light, and DO NOT DO ANYTHING IN HOT AREAS. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM SAUNAS... It is all too dangerous to tempt during your first run. I would run the dosage at 200 for the 10 days, see how you're doing, then MAYBE bump it up after seeking advice, and reporting how you're doing. Please keep a detailed log. Also you'll want V8 in your fridge, and I would drink pedialyte at the gym. Dilute down with ICE WATER.

Couple thoughts came to mind - you're working 18 hr days + 45 min training + 15 min travel time? that leaves you about 5 hrs to sleep. DNP kinda tweaks out your CNS and sweating at nite may make it hard to sleep.
The other thing w/ your diet is the amount of sodium it looks like you're going to have. Just a note that in general you might look at lower sodium protein options, rinse your tuna (i.e. sodium, and watch the mercury content if you eat a lot). DNP tends to make you bloat for a while, so couple that w/ a high sodium diet and you're have the chance of being a water bag.
And as mentioned on the 18 hr days- it is a physical job, DNP tends to leave you cardiovascularly challenged and a lot of physical activity is goign to leave you overheated and sweating a LOT.

Nothing special to report, I get a little sweaty on my chest and back, could be from just the heat being to high in school.*

Did arm workout today. I breath a little heavier after sets. Felt fine besides that. Then when I went to the locker room I had no idea the back of my shirt had been drenched in sweat.*
Got laid later, the amount of sweat is actually embarrassing.*
Day 4
400mg
The inferno starts. I left the gym after a few sets cause I was actually worried about how high my body temp was getting. Got DNP on the back on my hand (somehow), stained it yellow. Then my jeans, and my carpet...wtf.*
Day 5
500mg
I did my workout before the DNP could kick in. Was a little sweaty. Worked out shoulders so it wasn't anything the exhaust my entire body. *Not a bad workout. *Later was sleeping woke up with a raging temp, sweating like crazy. Felt terrible.*
Day 6
400mg
Sweating my balls off just laying down, didn't move for hours.*
Day 7
200mg
Long day of work ahead of me so I'm laying low on the dose.*
Day 8
300mg
Didn't notice a thing from it. *Sweat still as expected.*

Took a few days off, didn't have the energy to workout at all, life just sucks being on this shit.*
