No more beer![]()

Alright, I need some advice. I'm ready to start putting together my next cycle, this will be my third. My first was Sus/Winstrol, and my second was Sus only.
I'm 5'8" 205lbs. I work out religiously 5-6 days a week. My diet needs work, so I have a little bit of a beer gut, nothing too bad. Anyway, I want to turn up the heat on this next one. I'd like to add maybe 5-10 lbs of mass, but I want to be as shredded as possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Shredded? Prop/tren and winny or var the last few weeks. Diet right and add GH if you wanna really shred fat

Getting shredded all comes down to diet my man. A good cycle would be tren/mast/prop with var or proviron. Also some sort of thermo like ECA or T3/Clen/Alb. If you really wanna drop some BF, look into GH like recommended above.
Stay away from diuretics. No need for that stuff unless your going to be taking photos or stepping on stage.

Prop/Tren/Mast. Pretty standard cut cycle.

Well if your going to be supplementing HCTZ, then I'm sure you know not to increase your potassium intake compared to being on lasix. Also, watch out for the possibility of gynecomastia.

Just did some searching and I realized that spironolactone and HCTZ are combo drugs that i have seen given together sometimes. Spironolactone, NOT HCTZ, can cause gynecomastia.
It can block androgen production by inhibiting enzymes in the testosterone synthetic pathway (i.e. 17a hydroxylase and 17-20-desmolase), but it can also block receptor-binding of testosterone and dihydrotestosterone (69). In addition to decreasing testosterone levels and biologic effects, spironolactone also displaces estradiol from SHBG, increasing free estrogen levels.
