Bro, you don't need gear. At your body fat percentage, what you need is a calorie deficit diet and lots and lots of time doing cardio. 3000 calories a day and you're trying to lose weight? What are your maintenance calories?

At your bf%, gear will have a substantial risk of nasty side effects. Since you are already at an unhealthy weight, and likely have high blood pressure as a result, the spike in BP due to gear could have significant health risks for you, not to mention being over weight gives you a much higher possibility of gyno.

I know this is not the answer you wanted, but it is the truth. You should hold off on the gear until you cut your body fat in half.

I would head over to the diet and nutrition sub forum and ask some of the experts over there to help you dial in your diet. Forum member BUILT is especially helpful. If she can't help you, no one can.

Dude, I just did a search, and you asked this same question a couple of months back, and got the same advise we're giving you now.

    short and fat

You were 33% bf according to the previous thread. Now you're at 28%. Keep going.... more cardio... more diet. It sucks, but it works.

I wouldn't even recommend you take an ECA stack right now, because your blood pressure is probably already at hypertension levels.
