    quad pin

Today i pinned my quad for the first time with a 25g 1 inch and it was butter smooth. I like quads much better then delts. Everything went good only question i have is when i injected halfway through pushing the gear in... my quad twichted and the needle was jumping a little...now i know people knick nerves and its all good but it was while i was injecting bow pushing the pin in. Did this happen to anyone else?

Happens to me all the time, don't sweat it. If you ever actually hit a nerve pocket, you'll know.

Quads are about my least favorite place to pin. I still do them once in awhile.

Man, the first time I pinned quads I hit like a Major nerve or something. I blacked out and saw stars..then I started to shake and I pulled the pin out, blood came streaming down my leg and I broke out in a cold sweat...Then I went to the restroom. It plain was messed up lol. Took me about a month to try it again. I've never had any more issues after that...now I pin anywhere and everywhere...

plan on doing right quad on Friday for first time. Did glutes for the last 3 weeks alternating between left and right and I think they need a break (plus it's tough to twist that far back)

I love the quads! There is alot of surface area to move up and down the thigh, which is nice if pinning ED. The only problem i have ever had was a "squirter" one time when i pulled the pin out. Shot a fine stream of blood 3 ft across my living room floor! Scared the shit out of me!
