Gyno Help NEEDED PLEASE

Please help regarding my gyno situation as I’m starting to go crazy with It.!!!

I’m 35 years old and have been training for 10 years or so now, I have done my best to stay natural as was always worried about steroid sides..!!! Now this summer I thought I would give some ‘off the shelve products’ a try for boasting my performance. All seemed great and results good. Then a friend from another gym got some tablets which he said they are taking at his gym. Was told that they were just testerone boosters. I asked if it was steroid and needed a pct and was told no…!!!
Yes I’m stupid and I took these tablets and now after finishing them in June I got gyno a month later. The only PCT I did was “advanced PCT” from eBay as again I thought these aint steroids but this PCT should help. I now believe that the tablets where now some kind of polish d-bol from some investagation work…!!! As I here there gym is closed due to drugs being found there!

The gyno came in both nips as a lump so I ordered letro ASAP after reading many forums that this helps removes it and I also got some nolva.
I ran the letro at 2.5mg for 23 days as the left nip lump went and the right hand side was down to the size of a piece of sweet corn and couldn’t really be seen. Since I was on tablets of 2.5mg I tapered down like so.

Letro 1.88mg 3 days
Letro 1.25mg 3 days
Letro 0.63mg 3 days
Letro 0.63mg 7 days + 10mg Nolva (read that this is a good taper down if concerned about gyno)
Then Nolva 30/20/10.

Problem is as soon as I lowered (tapered) the letro and got to day 4 of 0.63mg letro and 10 mg nolva the lump started to come back in the right nip. Then as time went on with the nolva I did one week 30mg and by the second week the lump was back to a noticeable size also NIPS are puffy when cold, looks worse when warm and chest shaped had changed and looked puffy.

Now I REALLY NEED HELP GUYS PLEASE. It’s really starting to mess with my life and I’m spending hours & hours looking at forums looking for answers but just get more confused. I just want to sort this gyno out the best I can and never touch gear again other than creatine and protein that’s fine for me as ill save the steroids to people who know what they are doing. Just want to get life back to normal…!!!

I don’t know what to do next..???? Now I think I may have prolactin gyno as nip can leak when squeezed and they always feel oily / damp! I have read that if u have prolactin gyno then nolva isn’t any good and can make matters worse?????????????????????????????

Then there is talk of prami at 0.5mg that will help wonders for this type of gyno along with the letro and maybe 500mg of B6.
Or on another forum they say run 0.5mg of letro until gyno gone, this maybe running it for months later then just stop as no pct needed.???????
At present I’m back on the letro to try and control it again and that’s all, no cycle. So do I need to order Prami and what about letro rebound if I cant take Nolva for PCT.
Just want my life back and would be very grateful if someone can please help.

What products do I need?

How long for…????
And what about SERMs..????
dosing.??

HELP please is i have knowone to ask as i train alone (have friends at gym) and it a health and fitness gym so no steriod users there to ask for help or advise.

If you haven't recovered the gyno will come back when you come off.....get blood work done, what hormones are high. I would get some clomid Novla caber and lectro.

Letro .5 Ed 2 week .5 eod 2weeks .5e3d 2weeks

Sounds to me like you may have taken oral Tren. It is a 19-nor, and can definitely cause lactation.

You're going to need to be sure because taking Nolvadex is a big NO-NO if you were on a 19-nor.

cheers for the advice lads. im in the dark and cant see the light. this gyno is crap. i was a fatty with a 40" wasit and i worked bloody hard to shift the weight and look great all natural. the one time i take some bloody tablets from a so called friend i end up with gyno.
so if i order some caber from ADC this should help....???? i have read about this helping remove the 'puff' along with Parmi...!!!
So if i have some sucess with letro+caber how do i insure no rebound if i cant take Novla.??????
i have been on the Nolva and swear it gave me the puff in my chest, before it was the lumps..!!
i have been advised on another forum just to run my letro at 1.25mg daily (1/2 pill) for 3 months. then if wanna tapper do 1/4 tablet 0.63mg for a month and stop.....!!! then if wanted 10mg nolva for a week...!!!!

i was an idiot and took pills from a friend/workmate from another gym. Told me that they were testosterone boosters...!!!! i asked him to ask the people he got the tablets off if i needed a PCT...!!! appetently he was laughed at.? i was taking about 3 little tablets a day (told to do 6) and that went on for about a month. then PCT tablets from ebay as thought just in case...????

so can i stop rebound from letro if i cant use Nolva.!!! Hope im not doomed :-(

Going to assume you never saw a bottle...and even if you did it probably was not the original bottle. I have seen in gyms where they get guys/gals going with samples...and then lock them in as a permanent customer.

It sounds like Oral Tren. Did you have night sweats? Increase in strength without an explosive size gain? Crazy ass dreams? OR Did you gain a ton of "wet" weight? Feel invincible (but in a merciful King of the Land kind of way)?

ANY of the first---probably oral tren (what was dosage?)
ANY of the second--probably DBol or Abol even.

Any minute HeavyIron/SWF/Cap'n is\are going to chime in with a proper solution, so get your pen ready. We need to decide on what you took first. If not, we could make it worse or more difficult.

i know you think im a right IDIOT and your right.!!!! Never touched steriods as didnt want to go down that road, just happy natural.
Now im hitting these forums looking for help as i have no advise on these subjects..!!
Just want to try and resolve this the best i can and get back to life and not worring.

yeah it came in a plain bottle...!!!!!
yeah i can say that i put quite a bit of size on but muscle and quite pumped..!!! Strength did go up and i really struggle to push the same weights now...! Had lots of people say i was looking bigger. Now they are saying i lost it all. lol

aromasin will keep your e2 down but if its not estro related gyno its prolactin/progesterone caused gyno from a nor-19, prami or caber would be your answer, but im not sure, do you feel shut down? may be run a pct: clomid 100/50/50/25 just my 2 cents

yeah i feel shut down. Sex drive is sooo take it or leave it and lost that drive even for my hobbies..!!!
so would clomid be okay if i have taken a nor-19 product.?

absolutely, and I would start it immediately. I would also run some caber with your PCT.

He took an unknown pill and he is lactating. He wasn't pinning deca or tren so the pill must have been oral tren.

great to know there is someone who can help and give advice. the doctor was no help and the gym i use there is knowone with this knowledge.

think i should be sorted for gear now. where i buy it for seems to have a good report of the UK Muscle forum.
been on the letro for 3 days now at 1.25mg touchwood so far the pump feels a little softer and since coming of the nolva my nips aint as puffed as much

I would get aromasin also... it's a suicidal AI (no estro rebound). That way you can start running that when you start to taper down from the letro and protect yourself against any estrogen rebound.
