You are dealing with illegal substances. What do you expect? A full refund policy if you are not happy? It doesn't work like that with this game.

His word is all a man has, and sadly, some peoples word is worthless. I don't care what you're selling, if a customer pays you should deliver, regardless of what it is that you're selling.

If I fucking pay, I expect them to deliver, especially when they were at one time a board sponsor. But that doesn't mean I'm surprised that someone would ripp me off.

They got mine to me in less than two weeks lol!! I'm in Canada. I've had more shot seized than received bro it's our customs.

I realize it's out customs, but they have a resend policy and it says nowhere on their site that they discriminate. Only by ticket did they say no resends to Can or AUS, but if it were the US, the resends are unlimited. So resend it to the US I said; they essentially said, "fuck you, you're a small market"

If I knew the resend policy did not apply to Can, I would have mailed it to my box in the US, which is an hour from my house...

you may want to pm doublewide (and be a little patient for a reply)...i'm not sure who their other reps are on this board, but they do have several other reps on some other boards.....but the 99% that sponsors have is worldwide.....canada just like australia is commonly known as being just slightly more difficult and other countries are known as countries to not even ship to.....still very very high success, but only each sponsor's shipping can give you a more exact percent for a specific destination......

sponsors do the best they can....they obviously want success, because it costs them to have to reship on something that doesn't make it.....

I Agree with you, I'm in the middle of communicating with one of the more respected board sponsors, but in the case of Regener, I just don't think they give a damn. They have absolutely no shipping info on their site other than 99% success rate. Had they informed would-be buyers that Canada is tough going, I would have shipped to the US to begin with. As a result of trial and error, I will never ship into Canada again, why take the chance? But if you don't educate your buyer, trial and error is the only way. Other sites state they will reship once for Canada, so you know you're taking a chance. Regener says nothing, they just take your money.

Of course I knew Canada was a little higher risk, as has already been said in this thread; when someone says 99% success rate and does not state their reship policy does not apply to Canada; I don't give a fuck that Canada is higher risk; I'd rather have it delivered to my door than drive down south. As for the other source, they said one time reship to Canada, so I elected to have it reshipped to the US, not exactly a retarded strategy.
