    time off until second cycle

    how long do you guys take off between cycles? a buddy of mine only take 4 weeks off between. but i just started my first cycle (12 wk test E +4wk pct) and was wondering what the majority of people take off before jumping into another cycle.

    thanks in advance. just doing my research before the time comes in 9.5 weeks

    A good rule of thumb is: Time ON+PCT = Time OFF

    So 18 weeks in your case is time OFF. If you want to get on it earlier do bloodwork to see if everything is in check.

    Which is a good way to go. Most don't follow that though... Theres no need to rush into your next cycle. Let your body recover.

    It's actually 18 weeks if you're running a long ester for 12 weeks.

    12+2 (test clearing) + 4 (pct) = 18
