Currently on my 2nd cycle of Test E and Deca pin twice a week, 8 weeks in getting some crazy gains strength is totally crazy...eating like a horse cant stop actually every hour...looking well solid and minimal body fat considering the food intake all good sources.
anyway really enjoying this cycle no sides so far...thank god must be lucky, started pondering whats a good third cycle still looking to bulk up was considering the same cycle of test and deca maybe more dosage , also thinking about test and tren?
Whats your thoughts any more information required just holla...want to get to around 14 stone by end of jan maybe harder then it sounds maybe it wont be...then start shredding slowly for the spring, rushing this post as wifey wants me to run errands ...she is happy with my look and supportive around the pinning ...this helps so much anyways...takecare and happy holidays for all out there.
You could simply up the test/deca dose for the next one and add an oral at the beginning and end of the cycle. Or you could go the test/tren route. The sides are harsh on tren so be prepared to deal with them. Hair loss, lack of sleep, E.D., night sweats etc. Ill let the vets chime in, but I would just up the doses and use the same compounds again. Good luck
It's a great thread and should set you in the right direction. Hopefully it will get stickied one day and continued to be updated with great layouts/cycles that are approved by the big wigs on here to work, and not something thats just thrown together by someone who "thinks" they know wtf he is talking about...

you could take this one out longer like 15 weeks to get the most out of Deca because of the longer ester. But most would say after PCT stay off as long as you where on but up to you.
