    hcg necessary?

do you think hcg is needed for part of your PCT for a 10 week 500mg /wk Test E cycle? With Arimidex .25mg eod.

It should be ran the whole cycle at 500 iu twice weekly, and then blasted at 1000 iu eod for the 2 weeks that the test clears your system. It shouldn't be run during pct, it's suppressive.
Do people do it without it? of course, but it's a matter if you want to do things the optimal way or the half assed way?

Necessary, no. Should you? Yes. I didn't run it for my first cycle and recovery was a bitch. Im going to run it from now on. For what is costs, run it in the format that exphysiologist laid out for you. Good luck

^^^ this.... Also if your boys have gone the way of peanuts, using it would be best to make sure they wake back up and grow back to normal size.

personally I run 250 iu ED on cycle following Dr. Swale's protocol and I recover EXTREMELY fast and don't need to take as much time off.

I recovered way faster with it too, I'll never do another cycle without. Did 500 twice weekly for mine but thinking of doing 250ed since I'll be pinning GH ed anyway. I do have a bit of gyno I'd like to not flare up though. Would 250 ed be worse on the gyno han 500e3d?

Not sure on that one man,

but I can say that when I run 250 iu ED I do need more Anti-e than I did before I did that...
