    For sure. Too many people focus on one aspect of their body and become one dimensional. Cardiomegaly is not unheard of.

    It's important to note that because a double-blind study could not be ethically conducted (because it would mean not treating the breast cancer in the placebo group), there's no way to know what the true side effect rates are. I have some experience with statistical studies in pharma clinical testing and those numbers *appear* to be quite low considering there's no control to compare to (normally you would subtract the side effects rates of the control group from the group given the real drug and then test for statistical significance).

    So I would read that "up to..." language as meaning "up to, but likely much lower than..."
