    Question Feeling Weird

So I am about halfway through week 5 of my 12 week cycle. I have been getting very winded very easily lately, like even walking up stairs and shit. Also, my heart has been beating in odd rythms(sp?) and also beating very hard. I feel good when im in the gym but for the rest of the day I feel run down, tired, and out of shape. I am also feeling hot, especially in my face.

The cycle I am running is listed below. I cut out the super dmz about 3 weeks in because of how lethargic it made me..dont get me wrong, it made me strong as hell but i couldnt handle that side effect.

I am thinking it is high blood pressure ??? but im not entirely sure. I guess it could be diet related. I could post that if that would help. I am definitely getting in a lot of calories.

    Any help is appreciated.

Wk 1-4 Super DMZ 2 caps ED (stopped during 3rd week)
    Wk 1-4 Test E 500mg/wk
    Wk 1-12 NPP 300mg/wk
    Wk 5-12 Test E 750mg/wk
    Wk 1-13 Aromasin 25mg EOD
    Wk 1-12 HCG 250iu x2/wk
    Wk 1-12 Caber 0.5mg x2/wk

check your pulse for a while and see if it is our of rhythmn. It should vary a little with your breaths, but if you're having an arrhythmia you'll know it. Some of you symptoms sound like high bp too. Get it tested asap. if it's fine and you are feeling palpitations or an irregular heart beat, if it were me I'd go to the ER.

Get the B/P checked like Exphys said. Hopefully your monitoring your nutrition intake as well as labs. I'd has your doc run a CBC and if not, just a basic panel.

This might sound odd but I had an irregular heart beat that was attributed to drinking a lot of diet soda. The aspartame had me all fucked up for awhile.

Yeah it is out of rhythm. My first cycle made my blood pressure pretty high, too so I am guessing thats what it is. However, I didnt feel like I do now, atleast not as bad.

Weighed 190 day 1 and 205 right now....I have noticed that 200 is the magic number for me. AS SOON as I hit 200 or above I start getting winded easily and feel much different..199 pounds, no shit, Im good.

Im assuming there is nothing I can do about it. Maybe I just need to be over 200 pounds for a certain amount of time and then my body will just adjust

a heart out of rhythmn can be as simple as just some extra pvc's or it could be something more serious like atrial fibrillation. If it were me and it was significant, I'd go get an EKG at the ER.

    Thanks bro.

I was squatting the other day and was going real heavy with the weight and after I racked it my heart was beating SO fast that it felt like it just stopped and I was thinking to myself "damn, i wonder if im about to fall out" so I walked out of the weight room just to get some fresh air.

Outside of the weight room its not anything like that, even though it does beat harder and faster than it ever has.

Honestly, my boy GMO helped me out with the cycle layout and I did what he suggested because I know he knows his stuff.

Do you know if your Aromasin 2 legit to quit Any kind of googling turns up menopause symptoms. Thyroid issues and Andropause.

    Andropause hot flashes
occur because the low levels of testosterone confuse the hypothalamus (the thermal control center of the brain) into believing that the body is overheated.

Which is weird because youre on cycle...

I hate to say it but I agree, I started feeling like this kinda after putting on 25+ pounds in my first cycle. I rarely did cardio since I've spent most of my time bulking and thought it counterproductive. It might help just to get your cardiovascular system used to dealing with more stress so it will be better suited to handling more weight

I think digital and tj are on to something.

For the past couple of years i have done little cardio, especially now that I am trying to gain. I think maybe my heart just has a hard time dealing with this weight because it hasn't been conditioned enough like you guys mentioned.

Thanks a lot guys I am going to start throwing in more cardio.

Typically I wil jog or something for 20 mins or less 2 MAYBE 3 times a week. So what would you guys suggest I do for cardio from now on for a while to really help strengthen my heart and my endurance?

I am already shoveling in the food and i don't know that I could eat too much more, that is one reason I havent been hitting the cardio real hard.

45 minutes 4-5 days is a good amount of cardio for health benefits. Varying intensity is good too. I would get your bp checked too.

To build a strong heart and lungs keep your exertion at 75% and above. A simple way to find your zone is like so....Its a simple formula. 60%-70% is with in the fat burning zone and 75%-85% for cardiovascular strength.

    220 - (your age) = Y.

Y x (rate of exertion) = Target HR.

    For example....

    220 - 33(age) = 187 ---> 187 x .80(80%) = 149.6bpm

So you would want to consistently maintain an average HR of 149.6bpm for a minimum of 20mins.
Maybe lest since its going to be hard for you ATM.

Hope that helps. Good luck buddy

I always get noticeably hotter on cycle. My gf even comments about how I "radiate" so much heat sometimes. I also get winded easily on cycle if I dont do cardio. Get checked out and let us know if they find anything.
