To maintain stable blood levels though you would want to dose at least 2x ED if not more.
Is it better to take dbol in a split routine am/pm or pre-workout?

I have done it both ways. Always enjoyed my D-bol pre-training all at once with a stiff dose of caffeine.
on non-lifting days I split it 10mg with breakfast, 10mg with lunch, and 20 mg with dinner.
On lifting days, I do 10 mg with breakfast then dose the rest (30mg) with pre workout meal.

How many hours do you take it before pre-workout?

I'm taking 30mg everyday for 4 weeks. I take 15mg before workout (30 min to an hour before) and then 15mg 12 hours later. I'm only doing it for 4 weeks because I'm front-loading my Test E cycle which I do 600mg every week (300mg Sunday morning and 300mg Wednesday night).
